    This is critical to our processes, to be able to jump to a specific doc from a specific DOS quickly vs scrolling through a large packet. (Also Dentrix)

    To work around this right now, I reformatted our medical conditions list. Weave digitized them as individual yes/no questions but if you create a checklist, patients can select the options that apply to them. You can also add a "None of the above" option to the list for patients to select. Then, you can create conditions for text boxes to show if certain conditions are selected so pts can provide more details. Just FYI! I haven't run into any huge hiccups with this format yet.

    Does changing the writeback setting to "Manual" for "Patient Record Updates" help with this problem? We're finalizing our digital forms and I'm trying to avoid running into this issue!

    Please add a feature where we can set up multiple overrides on start/stop schedules so we can adjust for intermittent as well as extended closures/changes to scheduling in advance. Being able to set it and forget it during business hours before the planned closure/change would be most helpful vs having to make changes via the app on personal time. For unexpected changes, that's absolutely fine but when there are planned closures/changes, it was sooooo nice that our old system allowed us to set those up in advance.

    Can we please get options to schedule voicemail and have multiple overrides active, on a calendar/schedule? Our previous phone system (also a VOIP) had a portal where we could schedule office closures/changes to hours/etc ahead of time. We could have multiple personalized override voicemail messages set up at the same time (ie, I could set up office closures for Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as admin day changes to hours, each with their own personalized voicemail message). This was a huge "set it and forget it" option that allowed me to be more efficient: I could set up overrides for the whole year at one shot and not have to think about it again, unless something needed to change. Since Weave allows us to schedule a start/end time to a single override, it doesn't seem like a stretch to add multiple override options with a selection of dates/times to start/stop. This should be included at no extra charge in an update, soon. Thank you!

    Digital Forms PDF Improvements


    We've improved the way PDFs are generated and presented in Digital Forms. Here's a summary of the notable updates:


    1. The PDF header now displays your logo or business name, along with important patient details.
    2. Page numbers in the footer ensure usability for both digital and print formats.
    3. Optimized spacing and text sizes enhance readability.
    4. Bold text distinguishes patient responses from questions.
    5. Highlighted YES answers (in fluorescent yellow) aid quick scanning and identification of crucial information.
    6. A 4-column layout for checklists ensures a streamlined design.
    7. Optimized page margins display more content per page without sacrificing readability.

    Thanks for your feedback. You have an option in the Weave desktop app's Notification Settings to change the Popup Location to the bottom right corner. Attached is a screenshot for reference. Please try it out and let us know if it is more convenient. This preference is saved for every user.

    This would be hugely beneficial, as long as we also have a notification that payment was made. Please direct the payment to the HoH/Guarantor, we can handle splitting the payment/applying to correct patient. If Weave can import insurance verification etc directly into Doc Center, why not payments directly into Ledger? Thank you.
