Disable or Change "Schedule Appointment" Button for Recalls
Please allow the ability to disable the "Schedule Appointment" button on recalls. Alternatively, allow the ability to direct the patient to our online scheduler (add a target URL). The problem is patients are clicking on this and now have to wait for a call from the office. This is extremely inefficient.

Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level
Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level - ability to turn on or off this function in User Management. Would like capability to turn it off if needed and the ability to audit text messaging between team members either thru the desktop app or via some reporting capability.

Templated Emails
I would like the option of having email templates to send to individual clients, just like messaging templates. NOT a marketing email template that gets sent to large groups.
For example after specific types of appointments we like to send our patients an email consisting of information about that visit, ie "Congratulations on getting your braces on", or "Congratulations on having your braces removed". They are templated emails that we send several times a day. We send based on procedure code not on appointment type, as we have several codes that fall under an appointment type. BETA: Filtering messages to see unread and read but not responded texts.
In the new Beta application, you can only filter read, unread, delivered, and undelivered texts whereas the old app your unread texts and read but not responded texts are filtered automatically.
I want to see an option to see read but not responded to texts. It will be easier to track texts that need a response or not. It's hard to scroll through 10 texts to find a message that you have to respond to. Also please bring back tagging text chains as it help with assigning a task to a team member.

Appointment & Recall Reminder email customization
The call to action button in reminder emails should be customizable.
If not, then the email sent to offices confirming or requesting the appointment should be editable as a template for the office or when the customer responds.There are not enough details in the return email to the office to identify who is requesting the appointment, what kind of appointment, etc.

auto messaging technical error with Eaglesoft
Within Eaglesoft we have several patients who are linked together, whether they're husband and wife, parent and children or adult and elderly parent. Weave is supposed to be pulling the "cell phone" number for the text message reminders but there have been times where weave is showing they are texting the opposite person of who it was actually sent to.. for i.e.: text reminder was sent to wife's "cell phone" correctly for appointment reminder but weave shows the text was sent under the husband's name. Please have Weave only pull from the "cell phone" column for text messages automatically or…

Email History
Just like how you can see all the text messages being sent to a patient. We need one for emails too. We need to see the actual email being sent with the date stamp, time stamp, who sent it, and was it deliver or not.

Enable Short Code
WEAVE isn’t compatible with short code numbers, which are usually the verification codes. We have many vendors using our office number. With WEAVE not being short code compatible, we do not receive verification codes - this would help us tremendously

Have tags notify the assigned person desktop+mobile app
When you assign a tag to a message, the person/people assigned to that tag should receive a notification (like a call pop or like a team chat does) that informs them that a message was tagged for them. Right now we each have to check daily to see if we were tagged in anything, which is very slow for patient communication.

fax cover sheet
i want to customize a fax cover sheet but i want it to stay there so my staff can't change it. when faxing information, we need a liability HIPAA clause at the bottom or somewhere but i can't do that. i can only customize the cover sheet and then send it to someone and it'll be there next time but my staff can still make the mistake of changing the words or deleting it and then our faxes won't have that legal clause on them anymore. this should be an admin right or something. this is a priority

Option for Patient Update Forms
We considered a solution for our patients who dislike updating forms, which is unfortunately required by law. One idea we had was to provide an option for established patients to forward their most recent form submission and simply mark "nothing has changed" at the bottom of the form or edit the pre-filled information with the updated details, instead of starting from scratch every time.

Pre-tag and filter messages sent from Auto-message rules to be managed in all tab
The all tab appears to be unmanageable in separating relevant conversations and auto-messages. Auto-messages sent should be tagged with Rule label and hidden until client responds.

spanish review
Is there a way to create Review invitations in spanish? As of right now it looks like the invitations are only sent in English, even to our patients that have Spanish as their preferred language in Weave.

Office would like to have the ability to duplicate reminders across multiple locations. They have 4 locations that have fairly complicated reminders set up, and they would love to be able to just set them up under one location and then copy/paste them to their other locations.2 votes -

Pulling Report of Opt-Outs by date range
Would love a feature that allows us to pull a report to show all patients who have opted out of text messages.
Patient name, date they opted out, etc.I believe you can only see the current or past week of undelivered messages and those who have opted out. If we could see an all-time list, that would be helpful for our in-office systems.

View email addresses that were sent email campaigns
It would be really helpful to be able to see what email addresses were sent the email campaigns. I have had multiple patients argue that they never received our blast emails but I have nothing to prove that they were sent.
