Pop-up Box Location
Please make your system more user friendly by making the "Pop-up box" adjustable to "size" and "location" on your desk top. The upper Left corner of my computer would be a much better location for me. I always put the box to sleep by using DND because the Pop-up box is in a BAD location on my desk top. Thank you.

We have been using weave for a couple months and there are many things we are loving about it. One suggestion I would have is with the pop ups for the messages. I love that I am able to see who is calling and get right to their dentrix chart but the constant pop ups with the text message reminders are to much. We have one person in the office who takes care of these messages. Wondering if there could be an update where we still get the pop up for who is calling but NOT get the pop ups for the text messages. We have tried the DND but then you are unable to see who is calling unless you actually answer the phone. Please let me know if you have any questions or if this doesn't make sense.

Summary pop up - reduce in size AND make optional to display - maybe make it a button to select from the home screen? When multiple people are working, it becomes obnoxious and cumbersome to continue to hit dismiss - it's also distracting and some come up even after being dismissed. Please make it much smaller and possibly an option to have it pop up or review from the home screen?

get phone alerts and new message, but once dismissed, not see them again unless searched for. Too many alerts slowing production!

It would be really fantastic if you could make the chat pop up work in lieu of the DND for the doctor. In order for us to get him to use the chat it would have to be minus the other one thousand pop ups per day. Thanks in advance for your hopeful consideration.

The pop up notifications are a bit incessant. It would be great to be able to selectively disable the pop ups. I would like to continue seeing pop ups for the caller id and the text messages, but I don't need to see pup ups for our follow ups constantly.

The do not disturb feature should be customizable or at the least, the in coming phone pop up should not be bundled with all the other pop ups.

Weave has and continues to be a great asset to our practice. In saying that the patient information summary (notifications) that pops up in the corner needs to be reduced in size. When working in real time it restricts the flow of what the person working does. A suggestion to change would be a pop out on the sidebar and reduction in size and with the option for it to flash and the person to open it. Or keep it but reduce it very much in size.

Weave is a great program. Patients are liking our ability to communicate with them. Couple of really inconvenient issues we have discovered after using Weave. The Information/home rectangle and the black pop up summary box. Both are very useful obviously, but much to big.

It would be really nice if there was an icon that showed how many messages were missed from the tray instead of having to open the app to check for missed messages.

Why does the screen pop up to show calls, msgs or what ever sometimes and then for no apparent reason it doesnt, I cant seem to find where the settings are to fix this, we want the pop ups, Thanks Diana

Make a setting to allow text messages sent from one computer/user to only come back to the computer/user that sent it instead of popping up on all computers.

I would like for it to show in the pop up window. We dont even see it when we answer the call. we have dolphin management system and have been waiting for it to be fully compatable for almost a year now. Was told it would only be a few months ...Very frusturated..

The photo (if it is in your compatible practice management system) will definitely show up in weave when you answer the call. It doesn't currently show up in the little notification window at the bottom right, however. Is that what you are wanting?

If i recieve a text back from a patient while i am in weave the alert box stays up even though i have read/seen the message. in order to get the alert to go away i have to click on the alert. if that could be changed that would be nice

The notification box pops up only in the lower right corner of my screen which gets in my way while I am working. It also tends to get "stuck" there and we have trouble getting it to go away. We cannot do anything in our dental software with that box in the lower right of our screen. We would love to be able to move that box to a better location and for it not to get stuck there at all.
