YEAR ON SAVE THE DATE
We are scheduling patients out 6 months and since the year is not on there the click to add to calendar is not putting in the months that are in 2022! We need this fixed ASAP! If a year tab could be added to our auto reminders and save the date texts that would be awesome! SOON PLEASE!!!
This is now live! Go to Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging > Select any Save the Date message type and you can add the Year field in the template near the bottom.

When auto messages are sending to patients, it's not showing the year. So if someone came in for an eye exam on Nov. 15th 2023 and they schedule next years appointment for Nov. 20th, 2024,. they are getting a message saying they have an appointment on November 20th without the year. We are getting phone calls asking why they have another appointment. So my suggestion is you add the year of the visit to the auto messages.

Our patients are complaining because when we pre-appoint the patient it looks like they have an appointment the next due because there is no year on the message. Could you please add the year on the pre-appoint message?
