Automated Texts/Emails to Patients that No-Show
In a busy (or short-staffed) practice, it is difficult to stay on top of patients that no-show their appointments and it would be nice to have a way to set up an automated text/email to any patients that no-show requesting that they contact the office to reschedule. This seems fairly straight-forward to set up within the auto-reminders feature. Thank you! - Dr. Bates

For patients that missed their appointments or cancelled appointments without re-scheduling should be sent an automatic reminder to reschedule appointments. Right now with crystal there is only an confirmed and unconfirmed status

It would me nice to have an option when a Patient miss an appointment or is a no show, they can get an automatic text and email, I used to have that feature with Dentrix hub. and patients used to get the following:
We noticed you recently missed your appointment with us.
It’s OK, we understand that everyone is busy.
But don’t wait to reschedule - our calendar fills up quickly.

I wish there was a way for the system to send out an auto-text to clients that are marked as no shows on the schedule.

We need to have an option for a missed appointment. We had this with our old software. As soon as we clicked “missed” it automatically sent a text to the patient.

Would love the ability to set up auto SMS campaign for patients who miss or cancel an appointment to receive a reminder text at different intervals reminding them to reschedule their appointment. As a DSO, there are other systems who offer this feature and it would be great if Weave could also.

There should be an option to automatically send a text to patients who no show to their appointment. Send a text the next morning to patients reminding them that they missed their appointment and can call the office to reschedule when they can.

We wold like to have Weave send out an automated text when a patient misses an appointment and then again if they haven't been seen after another period of time (2 months or 3 months)
