Automatic hygiene recall messages would be awesome!

Set up a re-call text that goes out to pts who are over due for thier next cleaning baised off of their re-call schedule

Recall notifications for unscheduled patients.

Message patients when they are overdue for a dental appointment

Please incorporate this!

Automatic recall notifications. Send bulk messages to patients who are overdue every 3 months or so to remind them to schedule instead of us having to do each individually. You can add something like if you no longer wish to receive these messages, or if you are no longer a patient here, please let us know and we will remove you from this call list.

I know I already told you, but I am super excited for this feature. Solution Reach already does something similar, but just like with confirmations, we plan to make our system smarter!

Hey Jolynn, I actually am putting this in the roadmap soon. I'll keep you posted on what it will entail. We want to take this to the next level, not just "call your office to schedule". I'll talk to you about it when we get closer to development.

They would like to be able to send out an automated text - like on the Appt. and Birthday Apps that would say something like "Hello, this is Weave Dental. It is time for your next teeth cleaning. Please call our office to schedule your appointment."

I have had alot of requests for an Automation feature with the Recall App. I think this would be attractive to alot of offices.
