New Integration: OpenEMR
My office uses Weave, and we love it. The only setback is that it currently does not integrate with OpenEMR. Integrating with OpenEMR would make our lives and jobs so much easier. I hope you really consider integrating with OpenEMR. Thank you

I DOWNLOADED THE NEW WEAVE INTERFACE FROM A SUGGESTION BY NATE NELSON YESTERDAY AND IT IS CURRENTLY MAKING ME GO INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTIME A CALL/TEXT/EMAIL/FAX COMES IN ON THE POP UP MY CURSOR LEAVES WHATEVER I AM DOING AND GOES TO WEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE IT!!!!!!!! IT AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A CHART NOTE, TAKING A DICATION FROM THE DOCTOR, WRITING AN EMAIL, DOING MY JOB AND THE CURSOR LEAVES AND GOES TO WEAVE. Integrate with Chiro8000 software - Please!!!
When will weave be putting integration with Chiro8000 into the production que - we have been with weave for almost a year without progress and I am tired of paying additional money per month to keep review wave so we can send patient reminders.........

OS Integrated Calling
Most other phone systems allow OS integration for click to call on any phone number. Weave should add the option to be the default phone dialer for the OS.

Jane EHR Integration
This is a very easy to use software, especially for small businesses. I would LOVE to be able to use forms because Jane does NOT have a good source for it. Also we have to manually do our adding in patients because Jane adds the country code and removing it from our extensive patient list is hard. PLEASE make this happen. They are a Canadian company, not sure if it makes a difference.

save the day for eyefinity EHR users
please integrate weave save a day appointment reminder with eyefinity EHR/PM! I think about 70-90% of the optometrists in CA take VSP and VSP hosts its electronic medical record via its Eyefinity PM and EHR so this is an area that Weave can really help by allowing integration of Eyefinity EHR with Weave Say the Day so patients can get appointment reminders right away as they schedule the appointment for the eye exams. I am sure potential eye dr offices clients of weave would be more inclined to subscribe to Weave if this feature is available too! Thanks so much!

TextConnect Widget
Hello,
I spoke with a few representatives regrading the TextConnect widget from Weave. Overall, it's a great feature, but there are a few things that I would like to request as a feature for the widget.
Currently, the widget can't be resized and it doesn't look good on mobile. It takes up a substantial portion of the bottom of the screen on mobile. Can you make it possible to resize the widget?
The widget shows a message that says "Click to send us a message." This is cool and all, but on mobile, again, it takes up a substantial part…

Easy workaround to integrate Weave with Cloud9 - online scheduling
Hello,
Weave isn't fully integrated with Cloud9 online scheduling. But, there is a easy workaround to fix that.
Problem description: When using Weave online scheduling, it list ALL the available spots from Cloud9.Important information: Every appointment in Cloud9 requires the appointment code that describes the appointment type. Weave is capable to extract these codes/information.
Solution: Weave needs to filter the available time spots codes for New Patients - NP and BC - and eliminate the other codes.
That's all. One simple filter fixes the integration.This solution is applicable to every Cloud9 customer.

PMS OpenDental and Weave Integration
Our PMS is Open Dental and there is a feature called "Short Call OR ASAP List" and it is the same as "Quickfill" with Weave and we are wondering if there is a way to integrate the 2 so that we can combine lists. Thank you!

Cornerstone Integration Problems: Recall Reminders to inactive pets, auto-text fails, status mapping for appts
Recall reminders for veterinary practices need improvement!
1) Weave is unable to recognize patients as inactive, and our clients are receiving recall reminders for pets they no longer have or even worse, their beloved pets who are deceased. I understand some medical offices send the recalls to their inactive patients specifically, but in our practice management system, we have our client accounts, and each client has 1 or more pets on their account. "Active" indicates that they currently have that pet. Deceased pets are classified as "deceased" and there is a third classification of "inactive" for pets they no longer…

Eaglesoft INCONTACT compatibility
WE can't even use the list in weave for people that need to be contacted after their 6 months is up. INCONTACT must be the only source for a list of past due patients for teeth cleaning. lists currently do not read Eaglesoft after they are scheduled or contacted. some are dead, some are inactive. please write a program for eaglesoft to send the incontact list to your list of past due for cleaning or past due.otherwise list is useless its too much manual intervention that we don't have any time for . We would love for Weave to be integrated with PtEverywhere (our practice software).
Please work to integrate Weave to PtEverywhere (our practice software). PtEverywhere just released info that they can now be integrated with other software platforms to help improve business functions and ease between multiple software programs. Thank you!
