  3. Office would like to sync Payments to PMs to automatically show payments that were processed through Weave

    Right now the office needs to manually update the payments in the patient profile in their practice management system. They would like payments to automatically reflect payments that are made through Weave.

  4. refund options updated

    We need to be able to provide a refund to a patient with a different card - if the original card expired or was lost etc. For any amount - if possible - not just what was paid on that card.

  5. Message tag notifications

    Hello, it would be helpful for our staff if we received a notification when someone tagged us in a message. I assumed that's what the program did, since we can select which people are relevant to each tag, but it does not. Thanks.

  6. Voiding Credit card payment

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - ADD a VOID option on the Weave app for credit cards. If we run a credit card for the wrong amount, we have to fix it by "refunding" it on the Weave portal. This messes up the report because it still adds the amount into the day's total. Having a VOID option would make it like it NEVER HAPPENED.

  8. Features on Weave App iPad

    It would be highly beneficial to add the digital form templates to the weave app on apple products. We find it would be beneficial to have our iPad chair side to go through the form with them in a convenient and more efficient manner.

  9. Digital Forms Integrated with Desktop App

    s00059884: Office wants to be able to see a patient's pending and/or completed forms from the desktop app. From the schedule, patient profile, and/or Messages. They have about 50 patients on the schedule each day and need a streamlined process to see/filter patient forms.

  10. Website Widget Customizable

    We would like to be able to customize the widget to have our logo or something else besides the Weave logo because it is not a good indicator as to what the widget is or why it is there. We want our patients to be able to see the logo/widget and know that it is for communicating their needs with us directly.

  11. Auto Post for Credit Card Payments

    Good Morning,

    We are new to Weave and love most of the features. It would be really helpful and save some extra steps if the credit card payments would auto fill into the Eaglesoft account. Before moving to Weave, we used Best Card and they are really trying to get our business back, they currently have the auto fill feature for credit card payments. It would be great if you could add that feature also.

  12. Requested Calls / Voice Mail Enhancements

    It would be nice to have the following additional features added to the voice mail functionality:

    In the app
    1. Internal forward to a specific person (this can be done on the phone, but not the app).
    2. The ability to pin/star/highlight important voice mails.
    3. For non- EMR users, within a call or voice mail, create a button to automatically to create a profile that captures the callers phone number for an unknown caller.

    In the Admin portal
    1. Be able to search/ filter by user name.
    2. Be able to search/filter by extension number.
    3. Be able to…

  13. Treatment Plan Reminders

    Hello! We love the automated recall messaging. Right now it is not giving us the options to do recall messages for anything other than perio and prophy related visits (including x-rays, etc.) We would love to be able to do a recall automation for patients who also have annual TMD, Sleep and Denture checkups.   14. Online Scheduling Improvement

    The recall functionality as it currently exists in Weave is lacking. Having recall reminders sent via text or email, but without a fully functional scheduling link is very inferior to other vendor options. A fully functional scheduling feature would be able to look into RevolutionEHR for actual open slots, allow the patient to choose a slot, then write back into RevolutionEHR to fill the slot.

    Please consider adding this feature in the near future. Currently we are using a different vendor for those services.

  15. Field for payment details needed

    Sending weave invoices is great! But sometimes it is confusing who the payment is actually for. For example, we may send the invoice to the parent of a child. When the payment comes in, it can be confusing as to who the payment is actually for.

    It would be helpful if when making the payment, the patient could add in a text box either the name/dob or account # that the payment should be applied to. Or a notes field for them to add any further details that would help us match the payment accuratly

  16. Option to delete/trash Fax messages in bulk, between specific date ranges in Admin Portal

    Currently in the Admin Portal> Fax. You can select a date range in order to export the data to an Excel sheet but, I had an office request to be able to have a function that would allow them to select a date range, check a box or a radio button to "Select All Within Range" or something- and delete all of them in bulk.

    The only way to delete Faxes is currently from the archives, one at a time.

  17. Option to delete/trash a Fax directly from the Desktop App

    Currently, in order to be able to delete a Fax. Offices have to archive the fax and then go to the admin portal in order to delete the fax from Archives.
    It would be a great feature to be able to allow offices to delete an unwanted Fax directly from the Weave desktop app

  20. Have phone settings restored after software updates

    When software updates are pushed to our Yealink handheld wireless phones, our ring tone goes back to the default ring. It appears, and I was told by a Weave rep, that any settings are restored to default. For example, we have auto-answer upon picking up headset turned off, but after a software update, the auto-answer is turned on. We'd like for our phones to have the settings saved and restored after software updates are pushed. Thank you.
