    we would really like to receive payments in a batch payment either weekly or monthly payment. It is extremely difficult to balance our books doing individual payments.

  2. update payout page

    Please try to make the payout page more user friendly with date transaction was done and when payout reached the bank not the intiated date - the lower half of the payout page is the only useful section - it would be great if it could be closer to the top.

  4. Software Improvements

    Hi, I have a few ideas:
    -We have an in house membership plan...can you please include that as a type of insurance so that it shows up in the patients' profile?
    -Is there a way that communication can be tracked or documented automatically into our software management program (Eaglesoft)?

  5. Downloading Voicemails

    There are voicemails in the general voicemail box, they are wanting to save the voicemails onto the desktop of the computer as a mp3 file for training and legal purposes

  6. Clinical Schedule Access only

    Add user type that is clinical, schedule access only from the mobile app.
    One hygienist pointed out that she sees analytics and other info that she doesn't feel she needs or wants access to.

  7. Use Office # for OTP verifications.

    We used to be able to use our office number for OTP verifications. It was super convenient. It made it easy for us to use 2 step authorization for business accounts without needing to use our personal numbers. It has stopped working. Your tech tells me it just doesn't work. We would like to use it again.

  9. Standard primary fields for Physical therapy vertical

    Level of pain; Number of pain sites; Impact on quality of life, duration of symptoms; occupational markers; behavioral markets.
    Customer wants to do clinical studies on this data gathered from forms; could forms provide standardized primary fields that a customer could draw on to make their own reports?

  10. Refunds from app

    It would be very helpful to be able to issue refunds through the weave app and in cases where they did not pay with a card initially or want it refunded to a different card.

  11. Transfer calls from app to office phones

    Please give the IOS & Android app the ability to transfer calls. I do not have an office phone to set up at home and I cannot transfer calls on my cellphone through the app.

  12. New Filter Options

    Dear product,

    1. Will we ever expand email marketing filters beyond the types we have now? AKA will we ever include operatories, practitioners, locations?
    2. Will we ever expand the 'scheduled' section to include more than the times it has now? (most people I've talked to really want to be able to send a message to all patients scheduled for that day including those who haven't been seen yet, similar to our bulk schedule SMS feature)

  14. Payments

    Hello! I was chatting with Sadie on the chat and asking about some options on payments.

    She mentioned that there is no direct integration of the payments with Open Dental. It would be awesome if as soon as we took the payment, it would show up in the patient account on Open Dental. I was hoping to make a recommendation that that integration would be really helpful!

  16. Hold Message Continuation

    When my clients are on hold, we want to play a message that will loop even when they are taken off hold and put back on hold. There is a specific message that we have that restarts anytime someone is put on hold, taken off, and put back on hold. We want them to continue hearing the message instead of it restarting when they are on hold again

  17. Payments Portal New Column Request

    On the payouts list under Payments, Payouts (see attached sample report), PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE add a column for the Fees and one for the Net Deposit. I'm a bookkeeper and have the Gross Deposits but need to subtract the fees from each credit card deposit. It takes far too long to open each deposit to get this information.

    Having this report would help bookkeepers want to promote Weave to other clients. As this report is now, I would not recommend Weave to any of my clients as this report alone severely increases the time it takes to complete

  19. Patient names on messages

    It's very confusing when you call a patient or receive a message from a patient and the message doesn't have the correct name on it. For example I called my daughter in law this morning and the message has my 3 year old grand son's name on it. Other times is has a completely different name on the message that's not even related to the family!
