Ability to transfer calls to mobile
Allow transfer from in office phone- out to a mobile phone. This is useful in a situation where a doctor is out of office but needs to take a patient call.

E-Prescribe Option
It would be wonderful if there was an option to integrate or if Weave had it's own version of E-Prescribe for offices. This is a feature that is becoming more highly sought after and because weave doesn't currently offer it we will have to out source.

Update notifications
When we send a notification for eyewear ready, it would be nice if it toggled back in the practice management software that the patient has been notified

Ability to markup fax on iPad and send it back without printing
There should be a way on the weave mobile app to download/save a fax as a .PDF so we can mark it up on our iPad and send it back without having to print it. This would also require the ability to upload a file from the fax section of the mobile app instead of just attaching a photo or taking one.

Group Text
Group texting. We would be using it internally to communicate with our doctors who are on the road and have bad reception. A text makes it to them but chat may not.

Remove Closed Hours missed calls from reports
We want to be able to react to a message in Team Chat instead of sending a separate emoji on a separate line. It takes up too much space on the messaging and if 28 employees all react, you have to scroll up so far to see what the actual message was regarding.

MOBILE VS DESKTOP
Would be nice if the desktop and the mobile app had the same capabilities. You can see who you are sending a bulk message to and can click the patients the that you want to exclude on the mobile app but not on the desktop. You can create message templates on the desktop but not on the mobile app.

Quick Fill
I wish that you were able to send a message directly from the quick fill list. It only gives you the option to call.

Filter "Undeliverable" Text Messages
With the new text message update, we are receiving "undeliverable" messages back from those numbers who have opted out of texts. This bogs down our messages. Every day we are weeding through 80+ messages that are "undeliverable" because they have opted out of texts, all while new texts are coming through. It is overwhelming. If there was a way to set up an automatic filter to filter those messages out so that we can take care of the more important messages, (cancellations, ordering, etc.) and get rid of those as we have time, that would be helpful.

Customization with email - font currently looks weird when it gets email. So font customization, customization/customizable template for outgoing forms.

Detailed Missed Calls Report
Detailed breakdown of missed calls. Right now under phone analytics it just shows a percentage of how many of your total calls are missed. We would really like to know the breakdown of that percentage. Like what extensions are missing the most calls.

WEBPT Integration
I am wanting to integrate my EMR system with Weave. I have been using WEBPT for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their services. I really don't want to transition to another EMR system. Can you please see if you can integrate into WEBPT EMR platform. Thank you.

We would like to be able to filter notifications from the app to only receive the ones for a specific department.

Expand office hours every other friday off
I need to be able to set more custom office hours including every other friday off for example. Its two extra steps to access the menu, change the office hours, and remove the lunch break. Then reverse the process the following week. Also standard holidays such as Christmas, New Years Day, etc should be standard options to have off. Thanks

Specify text response locations
For an office as busy as we are, we would like to option to only see messages that apply to specific areas. ie)Optical only sees the messages tagged to them.

Online Scheduling...Eaglesoft.
Please have the online scheduling identify "open" operatories in Eaglesoft not every operatory in the system. Without this feature online scheduling is useless to our office because the scheduler shows every opeatory available even though it is not available in Eaglesoft.
