Settings: Mute Notifications
It would be great if you could turn the chimes on or off for team chat and other notifications. It's nice to have them, but sometimes staff play music for procedures and the chime interrupts spotify and they have to scrub out and restart the music each time. They unfortunately can't just mute their sound, as then the music would also be muted.

Payments
When a patient calls to pay their bill over the phone, is there a way to add a button or link we can click to take us to Payments? It's a lot of extra clicking to go from the screen that is there when the person calls to generating the Payments screen.

Receiving email notification from online scheduling
It would be nice to receive an email notification after a patient has submitted an appointment request via web assist on our website, in case the front desk staff are busy and they miss the text notification. This is a request from Dr. Chegini from Arsmiles Dental & Cosmetic Dentistry. Thank you.

eClinicalWorks
Hello,
We are interested in using the automated reviews feature for our patients. However, I have contacted support and Weave is not currently able to integrate with our operating software of eClinicalWorks. I would like to request for Weave to check and see if they can reach out to eClinicalWorks for integration. We would love to be able to optimize the review feature of weave and help us streamline the review process.

ASAP list & Journal Entry enhancements (Dentrix Users)
We were considering switching to RecallMax recently because of a couple strong features Weave does not do. Weave won out our decision for a myriad of other reasons, but the features that brought RecallMax to our attention should be heavily considered for development by Weave. Please look at how they post actions taken automatically to Dentrix's journal module (phone calls, etc.). Their ASAP list is phenomenal as to the degree of detail/search to fill an available space. Thanks!

Insurance Analytics
When pulling the report for insurance carriers, over 1000 of our patients are not in the right category because if their insurance is "Delta Dental of IL", it won't count as "Delta Dental".
Are we able to edit the program to have a broader search instead of the exact match?2 votes -
Default Cursor to Data Entry Fields
It would be marvelous if the cursor location defaulted into the data entry fields on those desktop app screens where the first task is to enter the phone number or name, such as the Clients, Phone, and Messages screens. Having to leave the keyboard to grasp and move the mouse every time is inefficient and frustrating.

The need for a weekend time frame
Our biggest need right now is for a setting on voicemail that can be automatically turned over to the weekend call services at a certain time. Like Friday at 5:00 p.m until 8:00 am. on Monday morning without having to go in an change the settings every Friday. Holidays could work the same way. Make it so you can change the dates and time for that duration instead of just closed.

Attach 2 statements on a Text to Pay Link
Philipse Manor Dental, s00073175, would like to be able to attach more than one pdf or image through Text to Pay. They find it helpful for the patient to see the billing statement from the office AND the Explanation Of Benefits from the insurance company. So they can better understand what they are paying for.

Payment Invoice tells weather swipe or keyed in payment
It would be nice if we could tell if a payment was payed with a CP (Swiped Card) transaction or a CNP (keyed-in card number) transaction by looking at the invoice, and not by having to calculate the fee charged.

messages that only apply to Admins
Updates that are only for Admins should ONLY appear on Admins computers. It really gets some employees upset when they can't do some things that they think they 'should' be able to do.

Support/Extension for Weave Unify Clients
When calling Weave Support, Please add an Extension for Multi Location users. It would also be nice to for the same option in the support text chat.

WEAVE PHONE/TEXT ISSUE NOT EFFIECENT
Since the most recent update, texting both mom and dad on Weave is no longer efficient. Before all you had to do was click on the main contact and then click the center circle to access everyone in the family. Now you have to click the center circle(custom contact), hit that circle again-it will now say(patient profile), then hit overview, then click on the "other" parent. Efficiency is key when you're understaffed, all this extra clicking to access information is absurd. Please change it back to how it used to be. This update makes it twice as complicated.

DOB standard in patient entry
We have many patients with same First & Last Names. Would be great to have the DOB field automatically on the main entry screen instead of having to click on "add field" as we enter DOB for every patient
