Having a scanner or fax that goes right to the app
When having to send a fax it is a pain to scan the documents into the computer then attach them to the fax... it would be amazing if there was a scanner or fax that went directly into the documents for the fax being sent!

Team Chat - Actionable- Patient Tag
I love the actionable option through messaging. It is nice to see that someone has read it, but also knowing it hasn't been completed yet. I would LOVE to have that option also under team chat, because sometimes a task is given and can get lost in the whole chat. I also, can support the message on Patients being tagged in team chat as well. It would be even great if you could click on the patient tag and have their info pop up from the team chat conversation.

Create videos explaining how PMS (Ortho Trac) works with Weave.
Have videos explaining how the two systems work together. Where the information is pulled from etc.

Option for Patient Update Forms
We considered a solution for our patients who dislike updating forms, which is unfortunately required by law. One idea we had was to provide an option for established patients to forward their most recent form submission and simply mark "nothing has changed" at the bottom of the form or edit the pre-filled information with the updated details, instead of starting from scratch every time.

Forward Voicemails in the App to a user with email notification
In the app on the phone and desktop, we should be able to forward the voicemail to another user. This should then prompt a notification to that user in the app and in an email. the email should contain the link to the voicemail and a transcription of the voicemail.

To have " mark as read" setting for each auto- messaging "appointment reminders"
For the last 3 years we have had a auto message that went out 3 hours before their appointment asking them to text to let us know they have arrived and to stay in the their car. At which point we confirm them into our PMS. When its time for them to come in we texted them asking them to come in. Starting today this message is being moved to all and marked as read. This is an issue and would like to see the ability to turn on and off the "mark as read" per each auto-message.

save the day for eyefinity EHR users
please integrate weave save a day appointment reminder with eyefinity EHR/PM! I think about 70-90% of the optometrists in CA take VSP and VSP hosts its electronic medical record via its Eyefinity PM and EHR so this is an area that Weave can really help by allowing integration of Eyefinity EHR with Weave Say the Day so patients can get appointment reminders right away as they schedule the appointment for the eye exams. I am sure potential eye dr offices clients of weave would be more inclined to subscribe to Weave if this feature is available too! Thanks so much!

Have a time stamp on when Online schedule requests come into our desktop app. We sometimes have multiples or even for requests that are not available on the schedule and we have no way of troubleshooting.

online scheduling Eaglesoft is useless
As currently functioning, online scheduling is useless. It doesn't not sync with Eaglesoft to show available appts. Please do a temp fix that will show all appts are open so patients can at least have an option to schedule.

call recording
The call recording toggle on and office is very easy to accidently click on the desktop app and the mobile app. My thought is that it should live within the admin portal only. I cannot foresee an office regularly flipping this feature on and off. I accidently flipped it off when we had a late start due to weather and it took over a week to notice. Of course, the reason I noticed is because I needed to hear something a patient said and now have no record of this conversation. I am spoiled and need that call recording! Thank…

Auto reminder to complete forms until they have been completed
When trying to get patients, particularly new patients, to complete the necessary FORM, it would be nice to have an auto-message that continues to go out every1-2 days until the patient clicks on the FORM and completes it.

Online Scheduling...Eaglesoft.
Please have the online scheduling identify "open" operatories in Eaglesoft not every operatory in the system. Without this feature online scheduling is useless to our office because the scheduler shows every opeatory available even though it is not available in Eaglesoft.

Call Pop Caller Was Forwarded Info

We have two locations. Both use the same phone number, and our patients choose from a phone tree to talk to which facility they want. We have it set that if a patient calls our original location (option 1) and the call isn't answered, it is forwarded to our Cedar Park location. I'd like to add on the Call Pop info for that caller, some indication this caller tried the original location first and it was forwarded. Oh Hold
The phone rings a tone reminding us that someone is on hold; when it is doing that, we cannot pick up the line/the phone itself.

Recorded call permissions
I need to be able to give certain users abilities to listen to recorded calls but I DO NOT want users to be able to delete recorded calls unless they have the proper permissions. For example. Phone manager should be able to listen to recorded calls but not delete. Deleting recorded calls should be Admin permission only

Specify text response locations
For an office as busy as we are, we would like to option to only see messages that apply to specific areas. ie)Optical only sees the messages tagged to them.

Regulate the ability to delete text messages
Text messages that have already been sent to clients are able to be deleted. For example, if a tech assistant erroneously tells a client to discontinue medication, they can delete the text message after it has already been sent and received by client. As the practice manager, I cannot see what has been sent from our business number, even though a client has received this. The information is not recoverable. Ability to transfer an incoming fax from a regular line to the fax line.
It would be very convenient if we were able to program our fax line phone number into an available phone extension so that when a fax tries to come to a regular phone line, we can transfer to the fax line.

Need ability to see who has opened/viewed faxes, and maybe comment box to keep track of status if needed
We need the ability to see who has opened/viewed faxes. It would also be helpful to allow notes to be made in the fax folder, or maybe a box to mark when requests are completed. This will make it easier to keep track of which fax is waiting on records to be faxed back, or if something else is going on that needs to be followed up on.
