  1. appt reminder for unique appointment

    We have one appointment each day that requires a unique appointment reminder. The patient needs to arrive 1hr 10 mins earlier than the actual time. We have tried to create our own reminder with the advanced filters however there are so many combinations for this appointment the list in the advanced filters has 100+ appointments and we are constantly adding more. Is is possible for weave to use just 3 characters in the appointment descriptor line versus the whole line when sending out a appointment reminder?   2. Extension Transfers via iPhone App

    It would be nice if on the iPhone app we had the ability to transfer only a specific extension to our cell phone rather than an entire company's lines. We have managers that transfer between clinics a lot and having the ability to have one phone number's extension transfer would be a bit game changer.

  4. Credit card batch cycle

    Settling the credit card system at midnight each day would greatly improve your credit card processing customers ability to reconcile each days payments. We understand that payments are accepted through your system 24/7 but this solution wouldn't interfere with payments being made. Anything up to 11:59:59 would be on one days settlement and everything after 12:00:00 would be on the next. Most businesses reconcile their payments on a regular basis and the current system that allows for multiple days purchases to be on the same batch leads to a larger amount of time and effort needed to match transactions for…

  5. CSV Upload: Support Pet Names, too

    We are a Vet practice and use both Clients (animal owner) and patients (the animal) with some clients with multiple patients. It would be nice to include the patients names when uploading the CSV file. Mike

  6. NOT recording credit card numbers in call recording

    I was doing my compliance for our credit card processing and we do take credit cards via phone and they asked is we had a program that does not record the credit card number . I called and asked if Weave offers this and unfortunately you don't, so thats my suggestion. Thanks Happy New Year

  7. Sync time stamp

    We need a time stamp to show last sync date and time. The previous company we used for reminders - SolutionReach - had this feature. With Weave, we have to wait and discover that messages are being sent out and there's been a few time where it wasn't working for weeks and it took us a week to even realize!

    I am wanting to integrate my EMR system with Weave. I have been using WEBPT for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their services. I really don't want to transition to another EMR system. Can you please see if you can integrate into WEBPT EMR platform. Thank you.

  11. iPad App Landscape Mode

    iPad App landscape mode. Please add landscape mode as an option for the iPad app (automatically chaning based on the orientation of the iPad). Currently, only portrait is available and this doesn't work with a keyboard (which is essential for using weave as a text messaging platform)

  13. Fax Confirmation Page

    Hello,

    I would like to request a fax confirmation page that we can view the date, time and status of the fax. A screenshot of the first page of the fax on this confirmation page would be helpful as well.
    As a medical provider we are constantly sending faxes to insurance companies. If they happen to not receive it when have to send proof to them that it was sent timely in order to get the authorization & our claims paid. This is very essential for our line of business. Thank you.

  14. Office Management of Phone Trees

    Our office would love to be able to manage our own phone trees. Having to wait up to an hour to talk to someone on chat and then going back and forth when we are in the middle of running a busy office is less than ideal, and that's putting it nicely. PLEASE create a feature that will allow us to manage our own phone trees!

    I would like to be able to see confirmation of the most recent sync between my practice management software and Weave's database. I recently upgraded Dentrix from 5.2 to 7.3 and didn't know that Weave had stopped syncing a week ago. I only discovered this by luck when texting a patient and wondering why his name was not showing up, just his number. I would like to either be able to see this last sync data on the app (desktop or ios), on app.getweave.com, or on the server.     There needs to be a way to see the list of unsubscribed individuals, so that we can remove their e-mails from our system. It doesn't make sense for it to tell me how many unsubscribed if I have no way of removing them.

  18. Dentrix Auto Dial

    Dentrix has an auto-dial feature that allows us to click on a phone number to be automatically dialed on our phones. This Dentrix feature does not work with Weave. It would be a major time saver when reaching out to our overdue recall patients.

  20. Uploading attachments to more than just Weave Chat

    Can we add features to upload attachments within Weave Chat, Weave Email, and the Weave Support Chat?

    This way we can send items directly to clients and/or show your tech support exactly what things look like on our screen when we have issues.

    It looks like this issue is partially planned through Weave Chat, but having the feature within all 3 of Weave Chat, Weave Mail, and Weave Support Chat would be best.
