Pop-up Box Location
Please make your system more user friendly by making the "Pop-up box" adjustable to "size" and "location" on your desk top. The upper Left corner of my computer would be a much better location for me. I always put the box to sleep by using DND because the Pop-up box is in a BAD location on my desk top. Thank you.

That's great - but my box doesn't pop up unless I physically click on the Weave app icon. This is perhaps my biggest frustration with the new update - completely defeats the point of having an app that alerts me to the patient calling if it doesn't actually alert me.

I also want the pop up banners to be on the left side or allow us to be place in a non-obstructive location for the way we work .

For our office, the most inconvenient thing about weave is that the pop-up box still covers up an essential area of our dental software. It has caused multiple problems for us. It would be great if we could choose the location of the notification box.
It looks like this was in development a few years ago. Is that still the case? If so, when can we expect it to be finished?

it would we very important to have a notification on the phone icon and on the desktop when a missed call has happened. Currently, we have no quick way to know that someone has called and that we have missed it. The client gets a text stating we will get back to them shortly however, we often wont know that we missed a call. as it is now the only way to know is that we go to phone icon, recents, then we have to choose missed. But even the phone icon should have an alert of some sort

It would be nice if the incoming call or summary pop-up auto closed after a few minutes or after the call was picked up. As it is now it stays open until we close it.

The bell that pops up with patient notifications is great, but if someone in our office replies to one of these patient requests but doesn't hit "done" yet because the task has not yet been completed, no one else can view that previous conversation which we think is poor because someone else might respond to the patient without realizing another another staff member already replied. You can view responses if you go back into the app and search the patient and click on the texting icon, but you can't view it from the "bell" alerts. We would love to see that updated. Thanks!

Hi - We would like to know if you can add the following features. 1) Right now when the office receives a text, the clinical and business team get to see the text, we are trying to limit the text from popping up all day long with the clinical team, they do not read or return texts, only the front office does. So we would like to know if we can change limit the text to the front office only. 2) when a text comes in and someone from the front office completes the "text task" for the patient, can we have a complete/done button so we know the task was completed by a team member and we don't have to go in a read the text. We feel this is double duty. If a text was taken care of, then we should be able to view that it was handled already by another team member and not have to re-read and re-do the task

I am so annoyed by the Weave pop up in the lower right of my computer monitor. I would like the ability to move its location.

Please make it so that the weave app does NOT pop up on top of all of my work when I answer a call or make a call. This is interfering with my work and very frustrating. Thanks

POP-UPS - I would like to suggest the confirmation pop-ups be designated to one or two computers. It is very distracting for every comp. to get all the confirmation pop-ups that come in throughout the day when they are not in charge of scheduling.

When we get a text message, it will continue to pop up when ever a call comes in, it does this as a reminder. However, even after one of our team members have addressed it, it continues to pop up on every computer until each person dismisses it or responds. This is very annoying. It should be dismissed from all work stations after it has been addressed by ONE person. We don't have a way of knowing if it has been cleared until we open it. If I am busy with something else and it keeps popping up on top of my work than it slows me down. Please fix this.

On the summary window that pops up it would be nice if we could "clear all" or something rather than having to go through every single one and say ignore to get it to go away. I like having it- but once I've seen it I want it to be gone for good and stop coming up.

NEED TO TURN OFF CONFIRMATION POP-UPS. THIS IS NOT A NECESSITY TO RUN THE PRACTICE.
PHONE CALLS AND QUESTIONS ARE DEFINITELY A NECESSITY! -

Regarding the pop-ups that each station gets. It would be very nice that once an employee responds to a pt’s text, it would only popup on their station for the remainder of the day. It could reset and be sent to each station if a new text comes from that same pt the next day.
It is very annoying to have these popups keep coming up on my screen every 30 seconds or so. Each time the phone rings and someone else answers it, the last test pops back up and I have to hit the minimize button for it to go away. If I click on the text and I’m not the person who deals with this type of message than it will take it of the unread message list. Then I must go find it and remark it as unread.
This created a lot of extra work and/or annoyance.
