Zoom in on photos in mobile iOS app
Clients are able to text us photos, but we're unable to zoom in on the photo itself from our iPhones. We're a mobile veterinary practice, this would be a critical feature as we're rarely able to use a computer.

call records
It would be nice if calls answered on the mobile app would show the name of the user that answered the phone, seems silly to only do this for calls answered or placed by the desk phones

Patient Photo Sync
Have patient photos taken in the iOS app sync with Open Dental. We had this feature with mConsent and it's disappointing to have lost that. As a pediatric practice, we regularly update patient photos as a child gets older.

message templates in the app
Would like to have the message templates that are on the desktop to also be mirrored in the iOS App. Currently, the custom message templates on our desktop do not appear in the iOS App.

telehealth appointments
It would be nice to have the ability to facilitate or initiate a Telehealth/Telederm appointments via the Weave app on iOS. We have plenty of iPads that we use and having that option would be a great addition to the app.

Access on mobile app to move, add/remove appointments
Allow access to administrators or specific users (team leads) to add/remove, move appointments. It doesn't happen often but there are times that our leads can see a change in the schedule and they have to adjust staffing issues. It would be helpful for them to control the schedule more if possible.

Column view on Schedule
When the column view is up on the app it doesn't put our columns in sequence. It has column 1 then 10, then 2-9. It's just hard to visualize when it's not in order.

Inaccurate Schedule Display
My iOS app does not display my schedule accurately. I have my schedule arrange by provider and the appointments are placed in the wrong provider column, leaving 2 appointments under 1 provider and none under the other. I have opened multiple tickets about this issue and spoken with multiple representatives and I was told "it is supposed to look this way". I have never had this issue until a few months ago. Please resolve this issue

iPad app view needs to change with position of screen
We use 12.9 inch ipads with keyboards so they are often positioned in a landscape view and you have to turn your head sideways in order to view Weave on the iPads. In addition, when you hit new direct message, all you see are 3 dots and no staff names. You have to try to guess alphabetically where someone's name is. this should be a pretty easy fix as most apps are able to change depending on which way the iPad is held!

iPad bug fix
Whenever a voicemail is deleted from the iPad app, the entire app freezes and has to be closed, reopened, logged into again to be able to continue utilizing the app.
Also as others have mentioned, the inability to use templates and the lack of screen rotation is very frustrating as iPads are critical to our workflow.

bubble color in text thread
Can the color of the office's message to the patient be bolder (IE: royal blue) on the text thread? It is such a faint blue that it is hard to see in all messages the difference between what we have sent and what the patient replies.

select outbound number
On the phone app, it needs to have the option to choose which number is being shown, when calling out. The option to do this is possible with the messages but not calls. This has calls being returned to a line that is not in use until a different time of day.

Show inactives on Apple
My Apple device doesn't show the option to "show inactives" as it used to. Something changed in the last couple of months with this. It looks like others in our office that have android phones DOES still show this option. I have updated the app and my device is also updated.

Patients visible in mobile app
I find it important to be able to view the clients pets from my mobile app. I am not always able to get on the computer to see what I need.

tap to pay for ipad
Tap to pay for ipad. Some patients are not comfortable using tap to pay on a phone, update the app so we can use the feature on the ipad.

Text Tree for Automated Messages
It would be very helpful for there to be a text tree feature for automated messages. For example, if a patient responds "X" to automated message, it routes to a specific person in the organization. If a patient responds "Y" to an automated message it routes accordingly to another individual in the organization.

Call forwarding
Specific Numbers should be able to be toggled to override closed services and ring through to personal devices if requested. This would be able to be turned on/off at will.
EX. I have a client who may have an immediate need for the next 3 days. They are instructed to call the number and it will forward to my device. After the immediate need is completed, we are able to toggle the override to go back to standard protocol.

Ring Calls on Apple Watch
Please create a way for the apple watch to ring with our Weave apps. Providers in our office take turns taking urgent calls after hours and rely heavily on our apple watches to notify us when at home or busy w/ family.

Nicknames for clinics?
Our clinic names are long and we append the city to the end. When choosing from a list of clinic for certain options (i.e. recall SMS location selection), the city name doesn't show. Any chance to use nicknames or some other option for backend use? I don't want to change the clinic names because the patient recognize those as "name-city".
