This is a forum for sharing ideas for a new feature or improvement that you want to see on the Weave Mobile App. Other customers like you will vote on your idea if they also feel that it's needed.   1. Be able to schedule or cancel appointments from Mobile App

    We were with Flex before switching back to you guys. One thing we really miss and perceive as necessary is the opportunity to remove/reschedule/schedule patients from the app when we are away from our office. We are in a small rural community where we often get texts and calls from patients after hours asking for just that. We were able to do it from the calendar view of the schedule and would like to be able to do it with the weave app as well.

  2. Mobile App to show personal voicemail box messages

    We have two doctors that share after hours urgent message coverage on an every other week basis. Currently they receive an email and text with a link to the message left. However there is no way to access these messages in the mobile app. Only our general voicemail messages appear there. It is not helpful to not have access to these messages and be able to return calls from the app when you cannot access patient details.

  3. Put FORMS button in mobile app!

    PLEASE PUT FORMS BUTTON IN MOBILE APP! It is inconvenient that I can only send forms to patients if on a computer. The ipad, which is also convenient, also has the mobile version of the app so I also cant send that.

  4. Mobile App Ringtone Changes

    It would be great if there was a way for us to change the ringtone on our Weave mobile devices so that we could differentiate between work calls and personal calls on our devices without having to look at the phone.

  5. Text Video Confirmation

    Our TCs NEED to be able to text a short (20-30 sec) video confirmation to build value for the exam. Not an embedded link--it has to show up like a video you text to your friends. I can't believe Weave (an innovative company) isn't doing this! I'm going to find another company who will if you don't make this happen right away! No excuses! This is the video age!

  6. Schedule to show Appointment Notes as well

    For Weave/OpenDental integration - it would be perfect if Schedule could display the appointment notes that are entered in the Appointment Note field in Open Dental. For our practice, the notes are just as salient as the info already shown on mobile schedule.

  7. Call forwarding caller ID

    For offices that aren't open every day, it would be great to be able to use a personal device to answer office calls. In order to do that effectively, the app would need to identify when calls have been forwarded from the office. This would allow users to differentiate between personal calls and business calls and adjust how they answer.

  8. Restricting Patient Information For Some Users

    Our clinic would appreciate if we could make more restrictions in the mobile app. We would love if all our staff would be able to use Weave for the team chat, but that is hard to justify when it gives them free reign access to all our patient information at well. For our techs, we would appreciate an option that all patient information is locked and they only have accesss to the team chat. I do understand we can deny access to the mobile app, but then that defeats the purpose of having a team chat. Are there any loop…

  9. Have Voicemails notify normally

    In the Mobile App, if a patient leaves a voicemail you can only be notified with a text or an email. However, if the patient SMS the main line you get normal notifications in the notification center. The voicemails should be able to do this too, please!

  10. Access Control to Text or Call from a Specific Department Number

    I have multiple departments set up for our office. I want to be able to give or deny access to other employees when they are texting thru the app. As of now, anyone with access to the main line can choose to text from my personal office number (line). I would like to have that office line excluding from the options for other people. I was also hoping to be able to assign private direct office numbers to Doctors at my office so they could have conversations with patients and not have the front desk hop into the text thread.…

  11. transfer calls from desktop to cell phone

    It would be great to be able to transfer calls from desktop phone to cell phone. Those that work from home and help out admin team should be able to get calls that are asking for them without having to hang up on patient and call them back.

  12. PracticeWorks appointment 'description' field visible on mobile app

    Currently only 'Tx class' appointment field in PracticeWorks is shown in Weave mobile/desktop app, i.e. 'Crown', 'Hygiene', etc. Is it possible to pull appointment description data and display in mobile app as well? It would be helpful to more appointment information for when are away from the office.

  14. Filters

    We need to be able to filter messages by department on both Android and iOS apps. Currently, you can only change locations. With 6 locations, that is not helpful.

    Related to this, notifications based solely on the one department someone needs would be helpful as well.

  16. Locations Truncated on Selection

    Currently we are using Weave for a multi-site practice in which the location names are formatted as "Company Name - Location" to distinguish the two.

    In our deployment we have noticed that some Android devices are truncating the location lists and the " - Location" portion is not visible making it impossible to tell which site is currently toggled for users of the mobile app.

    This just seems like a UI scaling/oversight specifically on Android at this time. The iOS and Desktop apps seem to break into 2-lines properly. We attempted resizing the UI elements on Android to make font…

  18. Call group configuration

    It would be extremely helpful if in the Mobile App you can see your call group, the other people in your call group, and be able to turn on or off incoming calls for each person. (Context- currently using another app for our On Call Drs. They need to be able to see who is on call and receiving the calls and be able to easily switch the calls on or off per person to trade when it is there turn). See attached photo. This is what we have now.

  19. Refresh and Check for Updates

    When something is acting or looks weird/wrong, support recommends uninstalling and reinstalling the app. We should be able to instead click something in the app that refreshes the app and checks for updates/changes. This would be much more convenient and less time consuming.

  20. Forward department incoming calls to mobile app

    We should be able to forward incoming calls to a Mobile App. Right now you can forward to a Device - why not a Mobile App?
