  1. Be able to schedule or cancel appointments from Mobile App

    We were with Flex before switching back to you guys. One thing we really miss and perceive as necessary is the opportunity to remove/reschedule/schedule patients from the app when we are away from our office. We are in a small rural community where we often get texts and calls from patients after hours asking for just that. We were able to do it from the calendar view of the schedule and would like to be able to do it with the weave app as well.

  2. Put FORMS button in mobile app!

    PLEASE PUT FORMS BUTTON IN MOBILE APP! It is inconvenient that I can only send forms to patients if on a computer. The ipad, which is also convenient, also has the mobile version of the app so I also cant send that.

  3. Restricting Patient Information For Some Users

    Our clinic would appreciate if we could make more restrictions in the mobile app. We would love if all our staff would be able to use Weave for the team chat, but that is hard to justify when it gives them free reign access to all our patient information at well. For our techs, we would appreciate an option that all patient information is locked and they only have accesss to the team chat. I do understand we can deny access to the mobile app, but then that defeats the purpose of having a team chat. Are there any loop…

  4. Access Control to Text or Call from a Specific Department Number

    I have multiple departments set up for our office. I want to be able to give or deny access to other employees when they are texting thru the app. As of now, anyone with access to the main line can choose to text from my personal office number (line). I would like to have that office line excluding from the options for other people. I was also hoping to be able to assign private direct office numbers to Doctors at my office so they could have conversations with patients and not have the front desk hop into the text thread.…

  5. Schedule to show Appointment Notes as well

    For Weave/OpenDental integration - it would be perfect if Schedule could display the appointment notes that are entered in the Appointment Note field in Open Dental. For our practice, the notes are just as salient as the info already shown on mobile schedule.

  6. Mobile App Ringtone Changes

    It would be great if there was a way for us to change the ringtone on our Weave mobile devices so that we could differentiate between work calls and personal calls on our devices without having to look at the phone.

  7. Implement park/hold slots in mobile app (iOS & Android)

    It would be really useful if during situations such as major weather events that users of the mobile app could transfer calls to park/hold slots like they can on the physical Yealink phones instead of just using a personal hold. This would make it easier to keep track of calls during periods of high call volume and would allow other mobile app users to answer calls that have been on hold for a while.

  8. Add audible indicator for incoming calls when already on a call (iOS & Android)

    When someone using the Weave mobile app is currently on a call, there doesn't seem to be any sort of audible notification of an incoming call, meaning that you have to be actively looking at your phone's screen to know that there is another caller on the line. Through using the Yealink phones provided by Weave, anytime someone calls while you're already on a call results in a periodic "beep beep" sound.

    If this functionality could be implemented in the mobile app for both iOS & Android, I'm sure it would make the app just that tiny bit more useful…

  9. Text Video Confirmation

    Our TCs NEED to be able to text a short (20-30 sec) video confirmation to build value for the exam. Not an embedded link--it has to show up like a video you text to your friends. I can't believe Weave (an innovative company) isn't doing this! I'm going to find another company who will if you don't make this happen right away! No excuses! This is the video age!

  11. Reviews: Simple check to determine if patient has already been sent a review

    We frequently send reviews to patients after their appointments, however would like to be able to see in the Reviews section whether a patient has already been sent a review. I've been told the only way to do this currently is to search by patient and go through all of the messages in history to determine if a review was sent. This is not efficient for our office.

  13. PracticeWorks appointment 'description' field visible on mobile app

    Currently only 'Tx class' appointment field in PracticeWorks is shown in Weave mobile/desktop app, i.e. 'Crown', 'Hygiene', etc. Is it possible to pull appointment description data and display in mobile app as well? It would be helpful to more appointment information for when are away from the office.

  15. Call forwarding caller ID

    For offices that aren't open every day, it would be great to be able to use a personal device to answer office calls. In order to do that effectively, the app would need to identify when calls have been forwarded from the office. This would allow users to differentiate between personal calls and business calls and adjust how they answer.

  16. View schedule from mobile app

    It would be really great if I could view my daily schedule on the mobile app. I don't have my EHR integrated with Weave- I am able to put patients on the schedule from the desktop app but then I cannot view them from the mobile app. It would be great if the desktop schedule integrated with the mobile app schedule.

  17. Automatic thank you text after a Weave text to pay payment is received

    Our office would love to see an automated option for an automatic "Thank you for your recent payment " after a Text to pay is received. Seems like a simple option that most office would appreciate.

  19. Add an "Unlabeled" option for tags

    There is no "Unlabeled" option in the Mobile App to allow us to remove the tags. It would be much easier if there was, instead of having to go to the desktop app just to remove tags.

  20. Would like to be able to see a patients note history in the PMS

    While out of the office, it would be great if the dr. could see a patients notes from the PMS.
