Mobile App - Personal vs Patient Call
When my cell phone rings, it would be nice for the call to come in through the app so I know it is a patient calling after vs personal call

Allow Bluetooth when conducting calls through mobile app
I work from home, a lot, and it would be nice to have a hands-free option when placing calls through the app. I use a blue tooth headset when working from home and when I place a call through the weave app, it, unfortunately, doesn't work. Is a must need!!

Allow the mobile app to access and conduct payments
Just allowing the payment category to be accessible through the mobile app so the provider can take payment if they are not in their place of business or not with a laptop. ie. we have a doctor who travels to provide care for teams and cannot access payment unless he carries around his laptop while just having the same access via his phone would allow him to collect payment. even if a terminal connection is not viable being able to manually enter or charge a previous card through mobile would be immensely helpful.

Allow pasting from clipboard into the dial pad
I cannot paste a phone number into the phone pad. This seems like a large oversight. Yesterday I mistakenly entered a phone number incorrectly when calling back a patient and didn't realize until 12 hours later.

Alert that app is outdated
My android phone app hasn't worked fully in a week; only partially. I never got any message that the app itself might be out of date, which I've been told is likely the problem and I will upgrade. An alert that something is outdated would be nice if possible, like we get on the desktop app.

Fix the bug in the mobile app
There is a bug in the mobile app for android and iOS that won't let the mobile app user answer calls coming in to the office phone number. they can make calls but no calls can get through to them, and if they are linked to a phone tree, the option does not even ring when dialed. some mobile app users are linked to line keys on desktop phones and they cannot be reached from there either. Please fix the bug. It was working before and now its causing issues with our office

Online Scheduling
For online scheduling we need an option to limit the available schedule (ex. two months) for patients. We don't want them to be able to request all of the prime appointments for the next 5 years.
We also need to be able to have a way indicate which ops weave should be pulling from dentrix to provide available appointments as we don't use every op every day.1 vote -
Display client first and last name on caller ID and text thread
Recent update (10/2024) took away the display for client last name. I use this to search for their account as I'm answering the phone. It saves precious time. I have 3 cases that I'm working on where the clients all have the same name. 3 separate text threads that all just say a first name. I don't know which one I'm selecting. Have to open thread and read to find out. Very inconvenient.

Location Change
I would like to see the Tag for Location to Change based on which office the patients. is Scheduled at in email and texts. or to just have the Emails not send a location at all. We are having issues with patients going to the wrong office our drs and on of our Hygienist Switch between the office on given days of the week.

Allow the mobile app to view Vet clients the same way as Desktop apps
While customers can view the clients pets in the desktop app, the mobile app does not have the same capability. Especially for users that frequently use the mobile app in place of the Desktop app, it would be good to have the display on Mobile Apps reflect the same way as the Desktop app does.
