The only downfall with Weave is that I can't see if anyone else is on the phone. Our old phones would have indicators for each desk so we knew if that person was busy. In a busy office we have 1 person in charge of phones and then back up. But now we don't know when she needs back up.
If you are still interested in this feature, our “Presence” service can be configured to do this. You just need to give Weave a call to set it up.

There should be a way to see which phone is on a call like a classic phone system. Our office is large and now we have to get up and walk to the other desk just to find out theyre on the phone. And we never know if you need to answer or not because we cant tell who is busy.

We just found the "Presence" feature that does this. You'll need to call Weave to have them set this up.

Make it so we can see who else is on the line in the office, what phones are currently being used. it is hard to transfer a call confidently if you don't know if that person is on another call. thank you!

It would be helpful to be able to know when the dr. is on another call. Nothing lights up on the front desk. Or, when anyone is on a call....there is no way to tell.

Need a way to see if the front desk phones are in use, so back side can pick up missing calls. Please call to help create a solution

Hi,
Would love if the phones included a feature for indicating which extension is being used at a given time. I understand the software here provides that information, but would be nice to see it on the phone, itself.
