It would be great if there was an option for a "save the date" type message that went out to patients when they scheduled an appointment. They would not be able to confirm from this message but they could save it in their calendars.

Hi, this is Amanda from Today's Family Dentistry in Searcy, AR at 400 S Main St ste 300, our number is 501-268-3223 and our doctor in office is Dr. Jared Cox. I contacted weave today and was told that something like what i am wanting is a work in progress. Our office (Today's Family Dentistry) would like for it to be possible for our patients to receive a text when an appointment is made such as if we put Billy Thorton on the schedule for August, 2nd at 10am, sometime that day, he receives a text saying hi, billy this is your save the date text that you have an appointment on August, 2nd at 10am. How long are you expecting something like this to take?

We want to see a feature in Weave that allows patients to receive reminders and confirmations of appointment made as soon as they leave the office. When I go to the doctors I receive my confirmation of appointments I made while I'm standing at the front desk! It would make my job so much easier!

Can you consider creating a feature to be able to send a text msg as soon as an appointment is made? Also, New patients don't get a new message. Perhaps syncing from the phone number field. These will be very beneficial. Right now they have to be sent manually with defeats the purpose of having a text messaging system. Thanks

Need to add a "Save the Date" reminder for pt's that scheduled months in advance, so that way they will get a text/email right after they make their next appt. and can add to their calendar vs getting an appt. card.

1. A save the date message autoreminder option would be very helpful for people to receive after calling to schedule an appointment.
2. The option to change and save the text to pay message would be very helpful for an office that would like to customize it so it doesn't have to be retyped every time.

I'd like to make a big suggestion. We had Lighthouse before you guys and they would send out an appt notice in a text about 30 mins after scheduling a new appt. We didn't have to write appt card reminders anymore because of this text going out. Our pt have been complaining that they aren't getting them anymore. I'm not sure how hard this is for you to develop on the back end but it would be a BIG help to our office and all offices. Our patients loved it. Hopefully I'm explaining clearly? Please look into updating and adding this feature. Overall we love Weave though.

We would really like to be able to send an automatic message to our patients right when they schedule an appointment with the details and time of their newly scheduled appointment. So it would like a "save the date" message that they can then hit and have it go straight into their calendar on their phones.

Appointment Confirmation - When the patient is in the office/on the phone and makes an appointment with us, it would be great to be able to send an auto confirmation either via text/email. That way everyone knows the appointment was created correctly in the first place.

Create an immediate appointment reminder that with a calendar link to add to the patients personal schedule

We would like the option for an auto message to go out to patients an hour or so after they schedule an appointment that states thank you for scheduling an appointment with our office, please put this appointment on your calendar, something like that. Our current communication system has this option.

Save the date e-mail or text- currently Lighthouse will email/text our patients 1 hr after they've scheduled an appointment - the day and time of the appointment so they can put it on their calendar. This is very convenient for our patient's as sometimes they are driving when they make their appts. Can Weave do this?

Request - when a patient makes an appointment, they receive a confirmation text within 5 minutes of the appointment they just made. We had this with Lighthouse and the patients loved it.
