Office Text Response Follow-Up Notification
Hello! Our office would really benefit from a feature that would allow messages that have been "read" but not responded to, to be separated from the rest of the inbox. It can be difficult to differentiate/find messages that we have looked at and opened but were not able to respond to at the moment. Thanks!

This would be so helpful. The new upgrade took away the unread section and I don't find the "actionable" tab to be particularly helpful in managing my unread and followup - I would like to be able to categorize the messages myself - let us decide what is actionable.

Agreed!! We have so many messages from auto-text that people and staff are frustrated when their text is not responded to due to losing it in the mix!

Yes! Would actually love if a message had to be clicked to be marked as read rather than vice versa! So, so many times need to get back to the message and can't find it in the list.
