When you click on the incoming fax and right, click on it, currently you see review /forward /mark unreadc/, download and archive as options. I would like another option to say Add to Directory.

Our office loves this new fax feature. Can we 'add to the list' a way to edit or delete the list we created...maybe the phone number has changed ... or .. .the number is no longer valid and needs to be deleted ... or ..or we just make a mistake.

I would love to have a phonebook to store frequently used fax numbers so they did not have to be keyed in all of the time.

E-Fax: 1) Needs an address book for frequently used fax numbers; 2) Needs a fillable PDF for the fax cover sheet which pulls over the address book information into the fax and allows us to customize our coversheet for our offices.

It would be great if there was an option to have an address book for faxing! It would make things so much easier then communicating with other medical offices!

On eFaxing:
I would think that it would be beneficial if there was a way to save our most commonly saved fax numbers for providers or pharmacies. It would be a great time saver and a way to search through our Fax summary reports as well.

It would help to be able to program phone numbers that we frequently send or receive faxes from so we can tell who the fax is from just by looking at the list under "Received" faxes instead of having to preview the fax. We are a high volume office and send/receive many faxes each day. This would help us work sort through faxes more efficiently.

Hello, we just started using Weave at our office for our third day. Prior to using Weave, I would send numerous correspondence faxes directly through our EMR system. Since we ported our fax number to weave, I've been trying to find the best way to utilize the fax system of Weave. One thing that would definitely help me out is the ability to keep a Directory of Fax Numbers. With my previous fax setup, I was able to keep hundreds of contacts in my fax directory. All I had to do was type the first few letters of the provider's first name or last name and the directory with bring up all the corresponding providers as a dropdown menu to choose from. When I clicked on the correct provider, that would auto-populate the Fax Number field for outgoing faxes. It would also be nice to upload my physician fax directory into a Weave fax directory as a CSV file. Also, it would be nice to have the option of using different cover sheets along with the ability to customize each one. My office operates under 4 DBAs (MesoHealth, VeinsPlus, Acne Center of Lansing, and Low T Michigan). Right now, the coversheet displays MesoHealth as our only business entity. This will confuse other clinics that only know us as "VeinsPlus", "Acne Center of Lansing", etc. Thank you

An address book for faxing would be fantastic. We send faxes often to the same numbers and having a contact list we could choose from would help speed us up in faxing.

Please please add the ability to store fax numbers. We were able to do so on our previous program and it's a giant inconvenience not to be able to do so. Thank you!

We would love the ability to have a directory or address book for fax. We love the simplicity of using the digital fax but would love the ability to store frequently used numbers. We refer to lots of specialty offices so being able to just click on their saved number would be extremely helpful. Just a thought :)

Allowing E-Fax to save common incoming fax numbers so we know where things are coming from a bit easier and can fax things out easier.

It would be so helpful if we could have a "pull down" menu for frequently used fax numbers. Our office sends prescriptions to several pharmacies. It would be very time-saving if we could choose a number quickly rather than manually entering it every time.
