Weave Fax is a really nice feature. Is there any way to create a directory of our most used fax numbers? Also, it would be nice to send files directly through our EHR.

We would like to see a feature for Weave Fax to have a frequently used phone numbers tab to send faxes too.

The fax program is lacking the most basic fax features that have existed for over 30 years.

Most important, we need fax confirmation pages. A page that shows a portion of the fax that was sent, and the number it was sent to, the time it was sent, the number of pages, and confirmation that it was received.

Then we need some basic ability to modify our cover page. Add our office address. Add a logo or other business information.

Finally, this feedback interface is aweful. It took me 2 hours and multiple chats with your support desk just to get here. Why do I have to login and get an email and click on the email and go back and forth and back and forth just to send a feedback message?

Definitely need HIPAA privacy disclaimer automatically included in all faxes or at least be able to customize the message that is always included despite of the template is chosen by the sender.

An address book to save frequently used fax #'s would make it much easier to find archived faxes

RE: faxing. It would be very helpful to have a fax "phone book" that we can name our fax numbers and just be able to click on "Surgery Center" instead of having to type the number every time.

Contact directory for fax numbers. Was a bit shocked when I learned there isn't one considering all the other cool and fancy features Weave has. It didn't even occur to me to check before we signed up that this was a feature as it's pretty basic, or so I thought.

I have heard from a lot of offices using Weave that it would be beneficial to have a Fax directory, or to be able to choose from your contacts in Weave, when sending an outbound fax.

Faxing address book for places you fax to often so you don't have to retype the number or look it up.

It would be VERY helpful to have a fax number directory. Looking up numbers for outgoing faxes every time is not very efficient. Saving a fax contact into a list would be very easy and helpful

Hello, we are wondering if we could store numbers with the fax option, add names to them sorta like a phone book?

why would an address book NOT be available ALL drs. send faxes to the same number over and over again,

Just ported to fax and have these ideas if you could add asap!

1) Address book of contacts for faxes, so that we do not have to type the number in each time.
2) Fax templates. for example we need to add a HIPPA disclosure to each fax to protect patient information.

Agreed!! We never know when searching for a fax which to click on because its a list of random numbers! Is there any update on this idea?

We work with multiple optical labs that send us daily faxes and wanted to see if there is a way to have a "Fax Contact List". Mostly to help identify from all of our other incoming faxes.
