We would love to see a tab of "Frequently used fax numbers"

I would like to be able to customize my fax cover sheet to include a disclaimer.

It would be amazing if we could have a fax phone book so we can just save numbers we fax to a lot.

This request is dated 11/2019. Why is it not a feature yet?!?!?

We need a spot on our contacts for fax numbers. And we need an address book for faxes or to be able to select from the patient list as the recipient.

It would be great to have a contact list for sending out faxes. We send our prescriptions by fax and have to look up the pharmacy numbers all the time. Thanks

Can you please add "fax number" to the available options in the phone directory. We have 12 or so pharmacies in our area and would love to have them in our phone book to more easily fax in prescriptions. Thanks, Kari Gabriel - Calm Animal Care

can you re-instate delete fax?

Fax Numbers: A your fax numbers directory or have SPEED DIAL fax numbers that you are not having to type them in EVERY TIME YOU SEND A FAX

It would be helpful to not have to attach something to a cover sheet. Sometimes all we need to send is a small message that will fit into the cover sheet area. No need to attach a separate document but the system requires it.

We want the ability to delete faxes again. We have no need to archive them for later use.

Can you please explain why the delete feature in the fax section was eliminated? We already archive our faxes. We also receive a lot of "junk" faxes that do not need to be saved. What is the thought process behind eliminating the delete feature? Thank you.

Please bring back the delete button on the faxes. There are so many junk faxes these days, that I do not want to archive those.
Also, it would be great to be able to template texts to be sent manually. For instance for missed appointments and reminders to pay. It is hard to type the same message many times a day. A template with a generic message would be great. One last idea, you need new on hold music, It is morbid and very depressing!

Please reinstall the delete fax button. We get a lot of junk faxes we would like to be able to delete.

Weave has been very helpful in our needs . So thank you for that. My suggestion, if you could have a file location for all deleted faxes. That way if we deleted one in error would can refer back to it. Thank you

Would be nice if the fax cover sheet was possible to customize the fax cover sheet. The one that you can click to add now is blank and unhelpful, and it's not HIPAA compliant for dental office because it doesn't include a confidentiality statement. The work around is for us to upload our own cover sheet with each fax, which defeats the purpose of the "click for cover sheet" feature.

There are a couple enhancements that should be made to the fax functionality. We do a lot of communication with the IRS via fax as this is their primary method. I would be great if Weave had the ability to store frequently used fax #s that could be selected from a drop down list rather than having to manually type the # or having to remember the fax number every time you send a fax.

A folder or tab for recently deleted faxes that would be purged automatically after a certain number of days that was access to recently deleted faxes is available but the user is not required to purge the list of deleted items.

Better ability to customize the fax cover sheet. Being able to put our office logo on the top, and add a confidentiality notice at the bottom etc.
