Fax directory
When I send a fax, it would be convenient if Weave saved a directory of fax #'s -- a list of the Business / Name & Fax #'s to whom we frequently sent faxes. This way, I wouldn't have have my paper list to look-up & manually type the fax # each time...

Fax directory is now live! You can now save fax numbers as a fax contact for repeated use. You can also send the same fax to multiple recipients. Fax contacts are separate from patient contacts. The ability to edit/delete existing contacts is still forthcoming.

We need to able to have access to a confirmation report for a fax that has been sent, as some insurance companies require this for proof of timely filing. Thank you!

We recently started with Weave and got our Efax set up. I was trying to see if there was any way to receive confirmation that a fax was processed and delivered.
I chatted online with a rep today and he said there is no confirmation but would show an error if so. I sent a test fax yesterday and spoke to the person to verify they did receive it but on our Weave app it says there was no answer.
Just a suggestion to somehow have a confirmation message sent in the future if possible.

Please make it so we can type a heading on a fax such as "Attention Whoever" without having to create whole cover letter. Better yet make it so we can just type the cover letter within Weave instead of having to attach a pdf document.

The fax app is seriously lacking. Here are my two primary concerns so far:
1-cover sheet capability.
2-open fax before saving it, and having the file name for the fax contain the sending number to make it easier to deal with the faxes when they are downloaded.

Being able to view fax receipts (date and time stamp) would be very helpful
