Texting Data Reports
I would like to be able to run reports on the texting feature to get a better idea of the utilization. The call data is great, and if we could get something similar for the texting feature, that would be very helpful!

There should be a way to list the patient's who have opted out of texts for easy tracking and monitoring. Right now you have to go patient by patient and see if they opted out

When a patient text stop for text message reminder, a report that shows the patients that opted out of the text messages.

We would like to have weekly or even daily report of all patients who have opted out of messaging/emails so we can update their accounts with an alert. We do no know who all has opted out and the received button via our Crystal PM software will not generate a message to those patients when their glasses or contacts are received. patients have things sitting at our office for weeks.
It would be more ideal if there was a pop up that occurred when we attempted to send an auto response via those recived buttons in our EHR to a person who has opted out so we know those patients now require a phone call due to opting out of email/sms messaging. -

We would like to get text reports sent to us. We currently receive reports about all the emails that are sent out and we would like to receive text messages that are being sent out at well
another thing we are trying to figure out is how we can see WHEN texts have been sent out. When we go through the message queue it shows us the current week and past week. We would like to know if we can see a report from the prior weeks. -
