errors, annoyances, system needs updated, freezes, slow, ridiculous process
Ok this process to send feedback is ridiculous. TO have to click on the feedback link then go to my email to click on another link just to be told to go back to the original app to provide the feedback- what a waste of time. Also, everytime I close the app I say "do not show this message again" to not ask me if I"m sure I want to close it but yet everytime I try to close it that pops back up. What's the point of asking not to show it again if you won't listen to my choice. Also, the app freezes all the time, very slow to open and change between tabs/messages. Why do you feel the need to notify me saying I have a new message when it's the message I Just sent? It's again a waste of another several clicks (on a slow system) just to "clear" my own response to a message. I don't need notified of my own chats.
