Autotexts removing text notifications.
We have patients texting us but then an auto message is sent to them and then we aren't notified of their text anymore. Some of these texts are about emergencies and some are accepting appointments etc. When these text messages have an autoresponse sent we lose the notification and have completely neglected emergency patients AND had people double booked and show up with no appointments on the schedule because they have accepted an appointment but we didn't see their response because the notification was removed due to the auto response. We need the auto response on but CAN NOT have it remove the notifications. We are a very busy office and can't have the complications of missing and double booking appointments or entirely losing someone who is having an emergency. Many emergency patients will call..get an auto response..text (frantically)..call again..get an auto response..and now their text is gone. A lot of these people desperately want to speak to someone ASAP and will just keep calling without leaving a message besides text which is then lost in the weave text sea. Please please please let us know when there is a fix for this. We love weave but this is becoming more and more of a problem.
