Fax file size
it would be great is we were able to send Faxes that are more than 25 MB because when we send medical records which can be anywhere from 10 sheets to 200 sheets of paper and that have to be grouped in one file because they have a notary stamp page with it.
it would be great if this system worked more in conjunction with WebPT for scheduling appointment reminders.
this system was suppose make office work easier but it has added a lot of steps compared to what we use to use especially in the faxing area. for example you have to print out the paper scan it in save the file hoping is do bigger that 25 MB then open the weave application go to the fax part type in the number then attach the file then send, our old system you just printed out you pages put it in the fax machine typed the fax number and sent it no issues with MB limit.
This is now available to all customers in the new Weave experience! The file size limit is now 50mb. You should have an email with more details on how to check out the new version of Weave, or you can click on the link below to learn more. We're SUPER excited for this new version of Weave - we've worked on this tirelessly for a long time and will be listening to your feedback as we move forward here!

Requesting on behalf of office. This would be a game changer! Especially since many offices get rid of their other fax provider, we need to be able to do whatever they were doing before for it to be worth it for them.

How about increasing the amount of data faxes can be. 25m is too small for some files. Sending records that sometimes have more that 10 pages is a hassle.

We are not really please with the fax system you offer, this system adds more work and does not make the flow faster. for our office we have to send medical documents which can easily go over the required data limit. and some case file have to be in only one transmissions due to having a Case ID number. our old system we would put all the papers in our fax machine type in the number and send. yours we have to scan the documents, save them to a file, open your fax system type in the number, add the file and hope it doesn't exceed the file size if it does we have to redo it to a smaller file then send two different faxes parts.
