Want Old Text Actionable Format
Why did you change the text format??!!!!!! This is terrible. Every single text is marked actionable. They do not all require action, some of them WE (or the automated system) sent! Plus, now I cannot search only for the ones that are unread.
We have a small office and have no need to "assign" staff members to deal with certain messages. Please make this new format optional. I much prefer the old format.
After incorporating much useful user input, we've tweaked the Actionable tab to be much more in line with how people in general want it to behave. These updates are already in the live product. There will always be differences of opinion and preference on any given feature, but we still would like to hear from you! I just joined Weave in November, so I came on board after the major changes to Messages last year. This morning, we came in to a new updated app. Well, this has been a huge headache. Our apps show that we have 100+ messages. We have gone through every message and marked it as read, and we still show 139 messages. Also, we are now having problems with our phones going in and out, and the phone tree running properly. How is this an update? You are causing our office many problems.

The new update for weave with text messages is terrible. It is so unclear and not user friendly at all. The look and the feature requires more work. The message archive is the worst! Unless you archive it, it shows that messages are unread or need action. Why fix something that is not broken?

Hello there, we just saw the new feature for text messages this morning and we did not like it. We opened our queue and there were like 400 texts. I have the video of how it works, but please consider going back to the old way in this case, all other updates have been helpful but no this one. Thanks

I don't know what kind of update just happened, but this actionable messages is throwing me off because it looks like a have a lot of unread messages. Please make it go back to normal in the next update

Fix the weave messages tab. Provide an option to opt out of missed calls as an actionable item. We get several missed calls, and unless they respond with a text or leave a voice message we will not call back, each person. This adds a lot of the missed calls as actionable items that we have to go in and manually dismiss. Also, an update needs to be made to fix long contact names on the messaging. The long name overlaps the message right underneath it like a glitch. it makes it hard to read the text message right below it. The message box has to expand to allow the name to fit in the box under the messages overview. Please fix the overlapping glitch, it is annoying to have to read over overlapping text to read the text underneath.

The new way we view and deal with messages is awful. I HATE and do not have time to view/approve every single message that comes through. They are also failing to send as well. Please, quit updating to the worst possible experience!

I truly do not like the layout of the update. I would love it if it could go back to "All"? "Unread" I believer were the 2.. The actionable with how many patients we have it takes forever to sort through messages and figure out who actually needs to be responded to and who doesn't. I appreciate the creativity and innovation of trying to streamline some work flow, but it does not work well for us. Thank you!

Our Weave system has done an update. Our text messages are all together instead of separated as Read or Unread. We CAN NOT function this way. We are a very busy office and do not have time to scroll through all messages to find our unread. Patients are calling and complaining that we are not responding back to their messages. We need this to go back to the way it originally was when we agreed to do business with Weave. Our Doctor is very unhappy with the update and says if it doesn't go back to how it was then we will have no choice but to discontinue our business. This is useless to us. Also, we are having some patients not receiving our messages that normally do receive them. They are not getting their reminders nor appointment reminders when appointments are made. Giving an error saying they were rejected and spam was detected. This has never happened in the past. Or mobile app is doing the same thing with text messages. We have no way of seeing immediately who has sent us messages. Again, we need everything to go back to how it was originally or we will discontinue or service with you.

The new update is very confusing and it's constantly showing an amount of unread messages even though they have been read. The layout of the messages needs to be simple like the one before.

Really unhappy with the latest update. To the point of considering cancelling service. I do not need to see EVERY SINGLE ACTIONABLE text message! I have over 100!!! I much rather would like to have the "unread" option back.

The new update on text messenger is not what we'd like- we have watched the new videos and still believe the old way was WAY BETTER!
We would like to see a MISSED, actionable, then all - The missed helped us when we came back the next day or over the weekend be able to achieve getting things done in a more organized order. The missed helps us see what we missed and then the actionable would be also anyone who replied more to a message we sent- The color coded seems wonderful but in a practice setting we already have to color code everything else so now trying to color code here it's not easier- way more work if you click on it and then have to go back to then check it or delete. We really hope this can be changed- we have actually not added the payment and also have not gone paperless with Weave due to some of the updates or lack of what we want- should be able to personalize to the office what they want! -

The new messages update is extremely difficult to use. It is impossible to see just the unread messages. And when you get hundreds a day that is very frustrating. It also shows that we have 200 "actionable" messages which isn't accurate. Do not like this new update at all.

Test messages would be so much easier if they were sorted by sent and received. If someone was looking for a response they would not have to see all the confirmations that have been sent.

Change the text messaging back to Read and Unread tabs but ADD the Tagging option...
This update is HORRIBLE and so messy to even try and keep track of our text messages.

Text Messages need to be sorted by sent and received. TOOOO many times one person will read a text and then it is forgotten. We do not need to see a bunch of appointment confirmations that were sent out. It really clogs up the system when trying to make sure everyone is taken care of. Thanks

Hello, We noticed this week that there is now an extra step to acknowledge new text messages. Even after we ready on we still have to go in and click the check mark. Seems to just be a waste of time adding the extra step and we never had it before. Is this a feature that can be turned off? Thank you!

I had to do this 3 times now. The items to pick from to vote on are too much the same. I'm not sure which is which so I would back arrow then it took me out of the suggestions are so I had to start over. I
I don't like the new update where the actionable messages feed into my regular messages. It makes too many messages so I'm missing my new messages. Julie Potter .
