Team Chat: Search messages by keyword
Would you please make it possible to "search" for a key word in our inter-office text/chat? Many times we need to recall a conversation, but it can take 30 minutes to go back even to last month. It would make this much more useful! Thank you.

I agree - it would be much more beneficial if we could search key words within a chat like you can in SMS text messages or if the thread was organized differently. Also, it is really hard to manage when there are multiple threads started with an individual. Some are blank and it seems there are a lot of glitches with this. with our old chat system, new messages were organized by date and person sent. Honestly if we could search keywords that would eliminate the need for this.

Team chat is a very useful feature. However, it becomes a very long thread of multiple ideas, tasks and conversations. It is easy for these things to get lost and searching for them is difficult the more team chat is used. A keyword search function would be a great help in capturing more information and action items.

PLEASE, add this feature! We discuss patients daily in office text/chat feature. It would be EXTREMELY beneficial to be able to search for keyword (ie: pt name) to recall conversations. Our office is ALSO considering changing to a previous product due to weave's lack of this feature.

Hi, I am wondering if you can please add a feature to download chats. We had a chat discussion regarding a patient a while back - we have had many, many since then... I would really like to have the ability to download a chat so i can search it for specific conversations. We have had many a need for this and I am very confident we are not the only ones. Thank you!

Would be helpful to be able to search chats logs for keywords/names/etc and by date to find information.
