I work with people with hearing loss. Transcription of VM is critical for our office.

Allow the voicemails to be transcribed and read by staff. It would be a time saver!

1. Should have a user account that is not an admin to playback call recordings but without the rights to delete. Other staff members need to access the recording without having to go to an admin.

2. Voice mail converted to text and sent as an email would be great. Vonage has this service for a small fee and it saves so much time checking the voicemail. I have many other friends who would love to have this feature on their Weave account.

Can you make so we can also toggle between phone app and workstation so we can take calls/text/emails while we are traveling to and from offices or on way home, but critical to Patient to be able to stay engaged even if we are not "On the Clock" necessarily? I want to help Patient to the best of my ability without worrying about time. I totally forgot to even clock in...still today. Patients and store needs more important to me.

Please add this feature. We desperately need it too. Our old Voip system had this and we miss it. I am discouraged to see that weave users have been asking for this for 2 years and you still haven't added the feature.

Currently, we have a voicemail box where people can leave messages for prescription refills. Those messages go to an email as an audio file. I previous Voip company sent as both audio and transcribed. Sometimes it is difficult to understand or identify the caller. It would help us obtain more accurate information without having to call the client back to get message details. This also helps to copy/paste communication data to their file for record retention.

It would be wonderful if VOICEMAILS were sent to us via EMAIL and were READABLE. For Example, Comcast VOIP is setup to send voicemails directly to our email and instead of having to listen to the entire message, it is written on the email for us to read. This has been found to be especially helpful when it comes to needing to forward concerns from patients onto our dentists.

is there a way to mark voicemails as unheard on iphone app or pc after listening to the message?
also, is there a way to transcribe voicemail messages?

Voicemail transcription would be wonderful. I used to have that with my old provider where I would get transcripts of voicemails to my email after they were left.

I would really like for voicemails to have the option to be automatically transcribed when they are sent to email.

Add voicemail transcription. That way we can read voicemails. Instead of having to hear them.

Visual Voicemail... a transcription for voicemails so you don't need to listen to them. This is in many cell phone carriers and other services. It's the one feature we are losing by switching to Weave.
