Fax OVERHAUL
This fax system needs a complete overhaul. Medical office have no option for the common HIPPA compliance notification. This has to be done every time a fax is sent. Impossible to get large faxes to send. Cannot search for fax numbers sent or received in the desktop app. Cannot name common used fax numbers for future use, or store then for this purpose. It seems like the bare minimum

Fax directory was released June 2022 and the new fax persistent memo was released March 2023.

the new fax persistent memo only is good for the HIPAA compliance notification, but doesn't help with other privacy because we have to put patient names in the memo as a subject - then the next fax we sent for a different patient has the previous one in it. It would be too easy to accidentally send that. Each fax should have the ability to add a customizable cover sheet (with the HIPAA notice, practice information) and then we can add a subject line and reference line in addition.
