Allow filter of birthday texts to only active patient statuses
The birthday texts are not helpful because we can't filter to only our active patients. We don't want to text old and inactive patients and make them irritated.

We are excluding inactive patients/contacts from birthday wishes by default now.

Is there an option to change the auto birthday message to only send to active patients? A couple of our patients have passed and we have dismissed a couple. We would not want those messages going out. For the above mentioned reasons, there should be a toggle to choose only active patients or all patients. In addition, prior to the law changing about texts, patient/parent authorization to text was not obtained. We see almost 200 new people a year and have used the same software for at least 9-10 years. I was hoping there was a toggle somewhere...okay, we will just not send them until there is a toggle for active only.

We would love an option for the birthday auto-reminder text messages to be sent only to patients who have been to the office in the past 5 years or so (or another amount of time). Right now they go out to all patients in the system, and we have received ugly responses from people who came one time, YEARS ago. It is a big problem
