Auto confirmations marked as actionable
Why are confirmation responses all of a sudden now going to actionable vs being read. Its causing the actionable to be flooded with unnecessary info. We're a VERY busy office. I don't have time to check every singe text to verify if it has been addressed.
This is a bug that has been addressed. If it continues to persist please reach out to Support so they can submit a ticket!

Worse part about this issue is that it is recognizing most recent responses as confirmations but then for some reason it is taking a look at old confirmations from patients as standard responses and then just putting them as actionable. I suggest just having Weave only look at the most recent patient responses instead of looking at older ones. Also, the "Mark Confirmations as Read" setting is toggled on and the issue is still happening.
