Appointment & Recall Reminder email customization
The call to action button in reminder emails should be customizable.
If not, then the email sent to offices confirming or requesting the appointment should be editable as a template for the office or when the customer responds.
There are not enough details in the return email to the office to identify who is requesting the appointment, what kind of appointment, etc.

I’d love to send automated email recalls (just like texts), but Weave currently forces a single “Schedule Now” button that links to an online scheduler, which isn’t compatible with our software. It would be great if we could remove or customize that button (e.g., “Give Us a Call/Contact Us”) so it links to our phone number or another preferred method.

please remove the blue call to action button "schedule appointment" in the email recall reminders as weave and office can't track which patients click this button OR figure out how to notify office which patient clicked this button.

It would be nice to be able to insert a custom hyperlink within the text of the "Reactivation" email template.

If we could customize the "call to action" button in emails, that way we (offices) can put our own link to our websites for appointment scheduling would be so beneficial. Right now it takes you to Weave's website only, and it can cause some mix ups in scheduling, which can really upset patients, doctors, staff and cause delays in exams.

Appointment reminders via email needs a way to remove the confirm option. We are trying to send reminders about things they need to remember for an appointment, not actually confirm the appointment. This special appointment type must be confirmed via phone call only.

The above info is incorrect. It's not that there's "not enough details", it's that there's a call to action that places a BROKEN link in our recall emails that can't be removed. We do not use Weave scheduler, but evidently, there's no way to remove the scheduler link form the email. I wouldn't reall describe this as a "feature upgrade." It's significant issue that our office needs to have fixed.

The Action button for Recall Email Reminders says: "Contact Me" and there is no way to change what that says. This should be able to be changed especially because "Contact Me" doesn't sound very professional.
