Create a default office profile for when users have not signed in yet.
When a user does not sign in it writes back in the call log incorrectly with the last user that was signed in on that computer. Therefor call logs are not accurate.
Our office staff do not have set desks so if they are answering a call and they have not signed in yet it assigns the last person who logged in on that computer. Even if they have already logged out.
