Feature Request: TO-DO list / Tasks
I would love for there to be a To-do list feature that I could access from the desktop client and mobile app (For those on the go days). I would be able to put in a task and maybe a due date or a reminder date. I could refer to the list I create to help me organize my day. There are "lists" now, but you'd need to attach a patient to each and not all tasks are for patient accounts, (ie complete accounting report by xx/xx/xxxx). I'd love for Weave to be able to help me with reminders that I can check off/complete as I go about my day.

We are looking for a way to send team members "tasks" when we need them to complete something (for example, call a patient back, place an order, etc). We would like to keep all tasks in one place or under each user so they can easily see what they have on their to-do list, and we can see when they completed the task.

Agreed! We don't all need to see every follow up needed for every patient in the practice, but we do want to see the ones that we have set for ourselves or our specific patients so I don't want to turn the notifications off completely for assistants and hygienists for example. Need the ability to assign a user or users to the follow-up and it pops up only for them... a tag of sorts, but I as the ownder could go in and look at the entire history, but I don't need every pop up

Agreed this is what I was coming on here to post. we would love a "follow-up" that is more staff specific than only patient specific. If it's the end of the day of a work-week and I need to call a specialist the following week about a certain patient it would be great to send myself a reminder to pop up the following Monday, but it doesn't need to go to my entire staff and it doesn't need to go to the patient.

Agreed. 100% of our "follow-ups" are NOT for patient's eyes, but rather reminders for us to do something like check for records coming in, to check patient's insurance, to make sure contacts were ordered, etc. Need the ability to have a "task reminder" note for a specific user about a specific patient.

In the lists, follow up section, please add a section for us to take notes about that follow-up that will not be seen by the patient. As it is currently set up, the "message" will be sent to the patient if texting is chosen. We may want to be able to take notes about what we need to talk with the patient about, and the "message" section is not appropriate for that, as it can be inadvertently sent to the patient.

The follow up function is a great feature but it applies to patient follow ups. There are many tasks/follow up items that staff members have to manage. Many of these are generated in team chats. However, there is no way to capture and aggregate them in Weave. This is a big miss/big opportunity. A simple integrated task management application would be a great help and big differentiator for Weave. If tasks could be linked by staff member and patient that would be ideal. But, any task management function would be a big help.

Make a task list for the day for the patients that are on the schedule that day. Things to do such as - which family members are due for recall, pts birthday, balance due, missing ph # or missing email, missing address
