Disable or Change "Schedule Appointment" Button for Recalls
Please allow the ability to disable the "Schedule Appointment" button on recalls. Alternatively, allow the ability to direct the patient to our online scheduler (add a target URL). The problem is patients are clicking on this and now have to wait for a call from the office. This is extremely inefficient.

Need to remove the "schedule appointment" link on our recall reminders email. The "call to action" is not optional when sending recalls to patients. Our office does not use the online scheduling option and we need to be able to remove the "schedule appointment" link so our patients do not get confused. I was told that my only option is to disable the email recall completely and only use text messaging. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you!

We would like to have the call to action field removed from our messages patients are clicking and we get a message to contact them through your weave app. It just makes more work for us. Our message to patients says to call us to schedule appointments. Please remove the call to action feature. Thank you.
