Message Tag for "Pre-Med"
When a patient responds to confirm their appointment, if they remind us that they need their premed in the same text, it automatically marks them as read and I don't see it. If there was a way to automatically tag anything that says "premed" from the patient, or not mark it as read if it says anything more than just confirming their appointment.

A feature that would allow us to delete texts. select 1 or all text replies instead of just archiving .them.
Like in Google the ability to delete texts received with a checkbox and the option to delete all . It's time consuming to archive .

Mobile App message Templates
I was hoping to be able to use the message templates saved in the desktop app, on the mobile app. We do not have auto reminders on currently due to staff shortage and do not want reminders or confirmations going out early to those appointments that need rescheduling. The templates can be used to send individual text but that is a little inconvenient. The mobile app is a great tool to be utilized during regular closed hours and times when the office is closed for extended days, vacation, etc. Being able to use those templates would make the app extremely…

Autoreminders for multiple appointments on the same day
We had a client that had 2 appointments on the same day but only received a message for one appointment (the later one). I was told by customer support that Weave follows a set of logic to determine which reminder is prioritized. It would be nice if we had control over which message to prioritize (the earlier appointment time).

Office would like to have the ability to duplicate reminders across multiple locations. They have 4 locations that have fairly complicated reminders set up, and they would love to be able to just set them up under one location and then copy/paste them to their other locations.2 votes -

This office is utilizing the tag feature and the front desk is assigning the tags to go to the correct user to respond. Everyone else in the office has their inbox filtered to only their tags. The office would like to have the inbox notification show only their tags. Post Appt Text
Starting last week patients who were on the schedule but didn’t show for their appointment received our post appointment request for a review text. I contacted support and was told those messages go to patients with conformed appointments. I would like to put this in the suggestion box that the setting for that text should be for completed appointments. Or let the offices have the option of setting our own preferences.

Hyperlinks within text editing
Text message - in the editing section ability to add a link and have it link in the actual text message as a one word. For instance: Click HERE for XXX. In the editing section is the place to add the actual hyperlink. This was very helpful in our old text messaging service and increased recalls made as it was very convenient to click from their phone. Thanks!

every type of message needs a status for filtering purposes
Currently, the user is forced to receive message notifications in a certain manner: If no tag is selected in notifications then the user sees every-single-notification for birthday reminders, untagged text messages, reminders, etc. This is quite overwhelming. And to say that it is overwhelming is an understatement. Though productivity has increased, the stress level in our office has gone up significantly since initiating Weave. I think that every single notification type deserved a status (review, birthday, reminder, etc.) and the user reserved the right to turn it on or not. Make Text messages private until Tag
Right now everyone sees all messages including outgoing. Why not make outgoing text messages private or ability to make a conversation private and Tag people as needed for follow up?

Notes option within text feed
It would be very beneficial for there to be a "notes" option that appears directly in the text message feed that is only visible to the office staff. We noticed there is a notes option if we click on the patients name and select notes, but it would be very helpful for this option to be directly within the text feed. It saves times and increases productivity to be able to see the patients texts and the offices comments all in one spot.

Download photos to jpg file
Any photos that are sent via text can only be downloaded as a png file. Eaglesoft does not recognize that file. I would like the option to change the file to either a jpg or pdf when downloading. Thank you!

Auto-archive messages after set time
Office would like Messages auto-archived (or automatically moved to "All" tab) after a set time-period (like 3 days or a week).

Inserting correct name in text messages (ie in Pediatrics when you want the name of the person scheduled not the responsible party.
When selecting the patient and then selecting to send message, if we use a template, or create a new template, it is inserting the name of the responsible party, not the patient. This is not helpful. Would like to have more options for drag and drop, such as the desired patient, a signature line for the texting, or a specific form other than the wellness form.

Recall SMS Feature
At this point, recall reminders are available to set based on last "recall appointment" which is very general to use in most general dental offices for hygiene recall.
But we are Orthodontic specialist office, and we have few different type of recalls by patient's age and status. It will be very useful if recall can be also set by patient's status type.2 votes -
Text Analytics
We would like analytics on text messaging to track how many texts a user has responded to per day. We need this info in order to appropriately assign tasks.

Trap and log messaging errors
Log messaging errors and allow admins (us) to see them. We have two patients whose recall messages did not go out when other patients did on the same day. Tech support said they have no way to debug this as there are no error logs and that sometimes messages are missed.

retrieve archived messages
An office I spoke to wants there to be a way to retrieve recently archived messages, since sometimes they accidentally archive a message and don't know which patient it is from so they can't just search the text thread.
