    The new Weave text messaging does not allow you to make a message unread and then hit the back arrow. Once selected, it reopens the message before taking you back to the home page

  2. Business Admin

    The "actionable" messages showing up as unread is very confusing. As I look at my messages it shows I have 62 that needs to be addressed when in fact thats not true at all, after thew last update its showing under the actionable tab and thats not the case.

  3. Notification on messages

    The messages module doesn't take away the notification number after reading the message. It makes it look like there's still messages that need to be handled, when really it can be something as simple as a text message that says "Thank you" We are not going to respond to that message any further and it does not need to keep a notification. These used to automatically go away once the message was read. Now they do not.

  4. Easy provider reschedule notice

    Hello, I would like to suggest : If a provider is out of the office due to illness, that I can send one text out to just her patients at the same time. It is more convenient than sending individual texts. We were able to do that with Lighthouse. Thank you for your consideration. Candy

    This is available in the Schedule feature of Weave - you can easily send a mass text to everyone on the schedule for a given day. There is a filter for practitioner (as well as other filters).

  5. Save the Date Reminders send too early in AM

    Our save the date reminders sent this AM at 6:30 for patients we scheduled yesterday. We think this is too early for our patients to receive the reminders in the AM. It would be helpful if the Save the Date sent within the hour after scheduling or if we could schedule them ourselves to send the next morning at a more acceptable time like 9am.

  7. Autotexts removing text notifications.

    We have patients texting us but then an auto message is sent to them and then we aren't notified of their text anymore. Some of these texts are about emergencies and some are accepting appointments etc. When these text messages have an autoresponse sent we lose the notification and have completely neglected emergency patients AND had people double booked and show up with no appointments on the schedule because they have accepted an appointment but we didn't see their response because the notification was removed due to the auto response.     Appt reminders- We would love a feature for appt reminders giving us the ability to choose what days our reminders are sent.
    Example: We manually choose Thursday for our Tuesday reminder to be sent.
    It would greatly benefit our office needs...

  10. Show message date in text threads

    Show message date in text threads with only one communication. This isn't a huge deal but when I find a conversation with only one interaction (not spanning multiple days) it will show the times but not the dates, and sometimes it is confusing how to get the date to display on the righthand side of the unopened thread to verify what date the message was sent

  11. Recall reminders population estimate

    Hello! I love being able to have so much control over the recall reminders, but I do get worried about sending them since I do not know how many patients will receive them. I think it would be cool to have an estimated number of patients that it would send to. I don't want to send too many recall reminders and flood my office.

  13. Wrong interpretation of key word

    When a text reminder was sent out for an upcoming appointment, the patient replied "cancel" as in needing to cancel that upcoming appointment. Weave interpreted that as "stop" text messages and auto-removed her from text reminders. Please fix this issue of "cancel" being interpreted as "stop."

  14. Mark Text as unread or incomplete.

    Option to change a text message to unread after reading it. Sometimes one staff member will read message and not be able to get to it at that moment. We want a way for us to know it is not completed.

  17. Weave marking messages as read

    Please fix the issue of having a message being marked as read when the Weave system sends someone a automatic reminder. We are loosing patients texts who text in and then Weave sends a reminder and marks the message as read. We don't even know the patient reached out.

  18. Hiding Automated Reminder Messages

    Concerning Automated Reminders, save the dates, confirmation messages....being able to not see those automated messages in our list of ongoing text message conversations. Often times we are in the middle of communicating with patients and appointment reminders go out and its several at a time and then we lose the active conversation we were having....or following up on the incoming messages

  19. Save the Date Appointment Summary set to reflect the EARLIEST Time of Same Day Multiple appts

    Please update weave to sent Appointment "SAVE the date" reminders to reflect the earliest appointment time for the day. Example: Bill Smith is seeing Hygeine at 2:oo pm, and then Dentist at 2:45. His Save the date should be sent to reflect that of the earlier time so that the patient does not miss the earlier 2 pm hygiene appointment. This will also keep patients from receiving multiple Save the Date reminders. PART TWO OF REQUEST: Set this up for FAMILIES as well, very often Families have appointments grouped together. Family Save the Date reminders which reflect the EARLIEST time…

  20. Invoices in text messages

    To be able to send an invoice along with the auto text reminder. This would allow us to show the patients why they are being charged as opposed to them having to text us and ask or having to call.
