If a patient texts us that they are "here" during our text to check in process it appears in the actionable tab. When we reply "come in" it would be great if that thread would be Automatically Archived because we're essentially done with that thread at that time.

Go back to Legacy
Message history glitches and is blank much of the time, despite having just sent a message. Often times it's blank.
I do not receive ANY pop up messages that I have a Weave message and constantly have to check. This is frustrating and wastes time.
It times out and just turns out, we have to exit and reboot.
Overall the new app stinks. We preferred the small size of the Legacy app, too. This new app is not user friendly to navigate and given all the issues listed above, none of the office likes it at all.

Individual Message Queues for same phone numbers and customized staff access
Hello -
I encountered the following problems on weave:.
3 of my patients share the same cellphone number and therefore share the same text messaging queue. This is confusing for my staff. Each patient should have their own text message queue. The name on the text message does not match the name in the text messaging body.
There needs to be more restrictions for staff roles. We should be able to check off what certain members have access to on WEAVE.

Geez... thought I would look at the other comments and after I viewed the first it did not allow me to read the others. Is there a site I can go to and review the other comments and fixes?

Make it work better
WHen I get an in office message, and click view, I go to the conversation but the newest message sometimes is not there. Sometimes it shows me only a very old conversation. This is a pretty big issue, and happens frequently but not every time.

No notifications
Hello. I am not receiving any of the message or caller ID notifications. I have them all turned on. Is there a new update or something I can do to troubleshoot this?

errors, annoyances, system needs updated, freezes, slow, ridiculous process
Ok this process to send feedback is ridiculous. TO have to click on the feedback link then go to my email to click on another link just to be told to go back to the original app to provide the feedback- what a waste of time. Also, everytime I close the app I say "do not show this message again" to not ask me if I"m sure I want to close it but yet everytime I try to close it that pops back up. What's the point of asking not to show it again if you won't listen to my…

Issue with news messages with tag
There is a clinch that shows new messages with old information. The tag goes away & the person you assign it too doesn't see it.

Message Notification Colors
It would be nice if group messages and individual messages had different colors for notifications, especially if it could be customized. I view personal messages as more urgent, so it would be nice to know that it's a personal message, rather than them messaging the group so I can better prioritize.
