  1. Unsubscribed Emails

    There needs to be a way to see the list of unsubscribed individuals, so that we can remove their e-mails from our system. It doesn't make sense for it to tell me how many unsubscribed if I have no way of removing them.

    This is a part of the updated Email Marketing in the New Weave! On the email campaign summary page, you can click on the blue number for the number of unsubscribes and a list will appear in the pop-up. More functionality is coming here in 2025!   2. Campaign Modifications

    I would like to see the ability to send out email campaigns to people scheduled on certain days. Sometimes we want to get information out just to those people and it takes a long time to do it manually.

  4. Update Weave Reminder Email "From" Field

    It's very odd that the reminder texts are from our office's number, but reminder emails are from Weave. While I understand it's not possible to update the "From" email (which is a Weave no-reply email), I imagine it is a very easy and simple fix to just change the "From" name from Weave to our office's name so clients don't get confused and think it's spam. Thanks!

    Good Morning, this is christina from Dr. Addario's dental office. Our number is (619)656-1788 We would like if you can add a feature for us. When our patients receive their reminder email can you please ADD TO CALENDAR feature. That way our patients can add their appointment reminder to their email. Thanks!

  6. Mass Email ability to save and reuse campaigns

    Give ability to save the new letter in mass e-mails. Also, to be able to delete media Gallery images when needed.

    Draft functionality and the ability to reuse sent campaigns are live for Weave’s Email Marketing product. Thank you for your feedback! If you have any other suggestions for how we can improve our Email Marketing product, please feel free to email me.

    Also, we are currently testing out a prototype for Email Marketing filters. This feature will allow you to filter recipients by Insurance, Appointment type, Age (from a range), etc. If this is something you would be interested in testing out, please schedule a time on my calendar. We would LOVE t show you what we have.
