New Text to Patients
Don't like the new text coming to patients right after they reply yes to an appointment reminder saying to Reply STOP if you don't want texts. Two patients mentioned to me today that it is very confusing to them and makes them think we are asking them to reply stop and that it has something to do with not getting another text about the specific reminder. Why did you add that new text? Obviously they want to do texts or they wouldn't have replied to our appointment confirmation. It's very confusing to people.

We are required to provide the STOP option, per industry standards that are enforced by Verizon, AT&T, and T Mobile.
