Trap and log messaging errors
Log messaging errors and allow admins (us) to see them. We have two patients whose recall messages did not go out when other patients did on the same day. Tech support said they have no way to debug this as there are no error logs and that sometimes messages are missed.

retrieve archived messages
An office I spoke to wants there to be a way to retrieve recently archived messages, since sometimes they accidentally archive a message and don't know which patient it is from so they can't just search the text thread.

Use Office # for OTP verifications.
We used to be able to use our office number for OTP verifications. It was super convenient. It made it easy for us to use 2 step authorization for business accounts without needing to use our personal numbers. It has stopped working. Your tech tells me it just doesn't work. We would like to use it again.

Good morning. This morning I noticed my Weave box has a vertical and horizontal scroll bar. Is there anyway to just make the weave box bigger so I can get the scroll bars out of the way?

Forwarding weave messages
Hi, my name is Mary and I am the front desk scheduler with Precision Eye Care. I recently updated to messages 2.0 with one of your representatives, and have been looking forward to the new tagging feature. I was anticipating it would be similar to forwarding messages by tagging them with team members. I am responsible for going through and responding to all the Weave messages. Appointment Length Reminder Option
I would like there to be an option for automated appointment confirmation texts to include the length of the appointment, not just the start time. Many patients forget that part.

Quick fill numbers
Our office uses quick fill but we only offer one time slot at a time. Can we get rid of the numbering system? It looks odd that there is a 1. in the middle of our message

Clear Orange Bubble From Messages
We would like to be able to clear the unreplied bubble without having to send a reply. Not all messages warrant a reply so we should be able to clear that status without having to send a reply.

Numbering templates
I would like be able to number my templates. When you enter a number as the template title (i.e. 1. Template and then 10. Template) the numbering system places 10. right below 1. meaning the list becomes 1. template, 10. template, 2. template.

REMOVE ABILITY TO DELETE PATIENT TEXTS!! This is a dangerous capability for all business owners
staff should NOT be allowed to delete messages they send!!! As a business owner I cannot audit mistakes and staff can hide patient interactions. It is astonishing that this exists and I have contacted Weave about this feature many times that was told it was in the works of being fixed....

Add a message template widget to the small messaging option
When you go to patients -> overdue -> message a little message thing pops up, but the only widgets on there is "emojis" and "add picture", we need the template option on there so we dont have to go all the way out of the patients tab to message the patient a template.
On the attachment where the red circle is, we need that widget where the green circle is (in the other attachment). The template message widget on the small message we have to get out completely just to send a template which lose our spot in the overdue…1 vote -

Tagging text messages
Have the ability to tag the "pop up" text instead of just the larger text area. See examples attached: Image #1 unable to tag. Image #2 able to tag. Hope this makes sense.
