Treatment Plan Reminders
Hello! We love the automated recall messaging. Right now it is not giving us the options to do recall messages for anything other than perio and prophy related visits (including x-rays, etc.) We would love to be able to do a recall automation for patients who also have annual TMD, Sleep and Denture checkups. If this doesn't make sense feel free to call me, Jess, at 801-465-3233. Please let us know when this feature is available, thanks!

Add filtering options for Text Messaging
We would like to see addition of filtering options for text messaging, as it is currently very overwhelming in its present format.
We would like to be able to filter messages that have not yet been sent for text writeback from the ones that have, and also be able to filter messages by date received as well as by content ("search within messages" similar to what phone texting and facebook messenger offer)
The Actionable tab is only useful to a certain extent as messages are moved from that list once they are responded to, and tags have to be manually…

Updating Communication Preferences
It's a nice feature that patients are able to update their communication preferences for themselves. However, if we as an office choose to make an update to those preferences, is it necessary that a text message go out to the patient notifying them that we made a change? At minimum, could you add a second step requiring confirmation of awareness that a message will go out to the patient acknowledging the change we made?

Office would like to have the ability to duplicate reminders across multiple locations. They have 4 locations that have fairly complicated reminders set up, and they would love to be able to just set them up under one location and then copy/paste them to their other locations.2 votes -

Office is requesting a feature request for when a patient cancels an appointment through text if Weave can trigger the word cancel and bring the message thread to the top so it doesnt pile up with other auto reminder messages.2 votes -
Quick fill numbers
Our office uses quick fill but we only offer one time slot at a time. Can we get rid of the numbering system? It looks odd that there is a 1. in the middle of our message

REMOVE ABILITY TO DELETE PATIENT TEXTS!! This is a dangerous capability for all business owners
staff should NOT be allowed to delete messages they send!!! As a business owner I cannot audit mistakes and staff can hide patient interactions. It is astonishing that this exists and I have contacted Weave about this feature many times that was told it was in the works of being fixed....

Add a message template widget to the small messaging option
When you go to patients -> overdue -> message a little message thing pops up, but the only widgets on there is "emojis" and "add picture", we need the template option on there so we dont have to go all the way out of the patients tab to message the patient a template.
On the attachment where the red circle is, we need that widget where the green circle is (in the other attachment). The template message widget on the small message we have to get out completely just to send a template which lose our spot in the overdue…1 vote -

Ability to filter out "auto messages" from text thread in "all" and have them automatically archived.

BETA: Filtering messages to see unread and read but not responded texts.
In the new Beta application, you can only filter read, unread, delivered, and undelivered texts whereas the old app your unread texts and read but not responded texts are filtered automatically.
I want to see an option to see read but not responded to texts. It will be easier to track texts that need a response or not. It's hard to scroll through 10 texts to find a message that you have to respond to. Also please bring back tagging text chains as it help with assigning a task to a team member.

auto messaging technical error with Eaglesoft
Within Eaglesoft we have several patients who are linked together, whether they're husband and wife, parent and children or adult and elderly parent. Weave is supposed to be pulling the "cell phone" number for the text message reminders but there have been times where weave is showing they are texting the opposite person of who it was actually sent to.. for i.e.: text reminder was sent to wife's "cell phone" correctly for appointment reminder but weave shows the text was sent under the husband's name. Please have Weave only pull from the "cell phone" column for text messages automatically or…

Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level - ability to turn on or off this function in User Management. Would like capability to turn it off if needed and the ability to audit text messaging between team members either thru the desktop app or via some reporting capability.

Pre-tag and filter messages sent from Auto-message rules to be managed in all tab
The all tab appears to be unmanageable in separating relevant conversations and auto-messages. Auto-messages sent should be tagged with Rule label and hidden until client responds.

Reminders for same-day changes
Hello, I need to have some resolution for this, the way that reminders queue up is an issue, if a patient calls day of appointment ad moves up earlier, then they could receive a reminder after the appointment time has passed for that appointment... I do have a specific example to give. a patient today was scheduled at 4pm, moved up to 11:30am. the time that the appointment was moved was 9:46 am.
