Mobile App User History in Admin
It would be most beneficial if the call records from mobile app users would show in the admin portal by their individual user name as opposed to "unknown". Just spent part of my morning chatting with two separate reps and was given two different answers/explanations. When I make calls from my mobile app, it shows under my user, but the same is not true for one of our remote employees. Troubleshooting did not resolve, and I'm told this is with development team. Would be an appreciated update!

Follow up customization phone call
Follow up customization phone call once we begin utilizing the phone system as their are many detailed customizations that are not addressed in the initial phone call and are unable to be manually changed in the admin portal.

Mobile App Call Parking
It is essential for us to be able to transfer calls from the mobile app to the desk phones. A few of us often work from home and and need the ability to be able to transfer calls back to the clinic for on site staff members to handle things as needed.

Extension Transfers via iPhone App
It would be nice if on the iPhone app we had the ability to transfer only a specific extension to our cell phone rather than an entire company's lines. We have managers that transfer between clinics a lot and having the ability to have one phone number's extension transfer would be a bit game changer.

Dentrix Auto Dial
Dentrix has an auto-dial feature that allows us to click on a phone number to be automatically dialed on our phones. This Dentrix feature does not work with Weave. It would be a major time saver when reaching out to our overdue recall patients.

Hold stop calls
When you place a call on a personal hold stop other calls from rolling in. Sometimes we need to ask questions to doctors and when we place them on hold another owners calls come in immediately. It takes them out of the que then the staff is placing them on a regular hold. Sometimes we can get multiple calls coming through before we can even DND. The only solution we were told is to place them on mute. But that does not allow them to hear hold music and can sometimes make the owner feel like we forgot them.

Option to return to IVR from a voicemail if reached in error
We would like the option to select a prompt to return to the IVR instead of leaving a message. This would be used when people reach a voicemail box in error and would like to try the IVR again.

voicemail override should make office status "closed"
VMO should change office status to "Closed" so that the appropriate call group, options and text messages go out when the override is on. It used to function that way, but I think that changed when the scheduling option was added. Please bring that option back!!!!

Leaving a daily message on the phone without filling up data
We have been leaving a "Closed" message every night for years that includes when we will reopen. Apparently, this was constantly saving the messages and not deleting them with the new one. After 10+ years, we used up our data and could no longer do that. Apparently, we do not have the ability to delete all those messaged, only a Weave representative does. We'd love the convenience to leave our daily message and be able to periodically go in an delete the unneeded messages ourselves.

Custom Wallpapers on Phones
It would look more professional if we could put our logo on our phones. They have a few different options for backgrounds preloaded but it would be nice to have a place in the portal the admin can upload a custom one. And being able to force/override so they stay consistent would also be great.

Call Steal
We have 4 reception desks. If desks 1, 2, and 3 are empty and the phone at desk 1 rings, the user at desk 4 has to physically go answer it. There should be a short code followed by the extension needed. It could be based on the groups the phone is in. It could also be a toggle on whether a phone is allowed to have a call stolen.
ie. Ext 701 rings. The user at ext 704 is in the same group, just physically across the room. The user should be able to dial *##701 or something and…

Call record for first call
The initial phone call doesn't get recorded on the patients call log. Meaning if is a new patient the first call doesn't show up on their log.

ability to block phone numbers less than 10 digits
We have been receiving an incredible number of spoofing calls coming from phone numbers with only 9 digits. Because of this we can't block the number. The suggestion was made by customer support to have an answering phone tree, but our office doesn't like to operate that way. Can the design team work on a fix so we can block these numbers? It would be even better to be able to block from the desk top app vs the portal. We are not asking for you to block before it calls in, but only to give us a fighting chance…

VMO to trigger "office closed" settings
Set Voicemail Override to default to closed IVR options. In the past, when we turned on VMO, it would set our office as "closed" and trigger all appropriate changes - the office is closed text message and more importantly, our Closed IVR. The IVR allows patients to press 1 or 2 depending on if it's an emergency or not. Now VMO only allows a general voicemail box with no options or forwarding to an outside number. We would REALLY love it if the old feature would come back, allowing our 'office closed' settings to be active.

I should be able to select the greeting played. Several times, the wrong greeting has played. Give us the options to select greeting.
We have several greeting, like Office Hours, Vacation, On Another Call, Weekend Greeting, and many times the greeting get scrambled and I need to call customer support so it can be fixed. Give the office the ability to select their own greetings
