Birthday wishes
We think it would be a good idea to have the option to personalize the birthday wishes for patients. For example, adding a better picture, maybe animated, to show patients we care a bit more about their special day ! Thank you !
4 votesWe don't have any plans to work on this anytime soon, so I'm closing out this idea for the time being. We have many other exciting features coming, and this one just won't be considered in the near-term!

Two ideas from a new user
I would like to be able to edit the automated email messages. They don't fit my branding and wording that I like currently.
Also, I want to be able to send my patients a picture in text without having to send a permission text first. I have been sending photos to patients for 3 years with my old system and not a single one ever complained about getting a .jpg from me
2 votesWe're required to secure consent for picture messages, per the wireless industry. We are working on a way to allow each office to modify their own email reminders instead of calling in to Support.

Templated Emails
I would like the option of having email templates to send to individual clients, just like messaging templates. NOT a marketing email template that gets sent to large groups.
For example after specific types of appointments we like to send our patients an email consisting of information about that visit, ie "Congratulations on getting your braces on", or "Congratulations on having your braces removed". They are templated emails that we send several times a day. We send based on procedure code not on appointment type, as we have several codes that fall under an appointment type. Incoming emails
Our online scheduler, FullSlate, is not integrated with Weave. We love having unrestricted online scheduling. any who,... Fullslate sends out confirmations and reminders via email. We do not monitor this acct and No matter how big, red and bold we put DO NOT REPLY, patients still attempt to reach us this way. It would be great to have the ability to have incoming email, or a forwarding mechanism so we can see those email in one communication portal.
1 voteThis sounds a lot like email forwarding, which is something that is done by the email provider you use. As you receive replies into your inbox, you can create forwarding rules that will auto-send messages elsewhere. Here is how this works in Gmail: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/10957?hl=en

email notifications on desktop client
we would like to be able to see email notifications on the weave desktop client app like we do the text messages, and also to be able to email out of weave and not have to go to our outside email server to contact patients by email, if that is their only preference for contact.

edit to spanish eyewear email reminder needed.
It seems as if the email eyewear reminder for spanish speakers needs to be edited. It says "Tu orden de" on two different occasions. It should just say "Tu orden" both times. Thanks!

Recall
When patients receive recall reminders it documents the amount of days it's been since their last visit. It would be nice if this showed up in months instead.
