Could we please have it so that the call pop automatically pulls up the profile instead of me having to click view. It used to do this and for whatever reason it doesn't anymore. I called and found out it was an update. I hate that it won't do that. Sometimes I am not right next to my computer but within view of it. I have to run to my computer to click view so I can see clearly who I am talking with at that moment. Please change it back OR at least give us the option to have that set up that way.
