Centrallized Call Records
For multi-office systems, we'd like to have a way of managing/viewing productivity across all sites. Currently the only way to do that is to download the CDR's from all sites and compile them into a database on our end, which is manual and tedious and wasteful. Ideally we would like a centralized way to view all our office's analytics and see how many calls are coming in and out for each office.
