Highlight patient responses in Forms
Hi,
In PDFs generated by digital forms it is not easy to find patient typed responses since the fonts are almost all the same color.
If you could change the font color for the Pt typed responses and all radio buttons of yes to the yes/no questions, it will be much easier to scheme and read the resulting PDF file in the system.
Please let us know if that is something that you can do for us.
Thank you
Digital Forms PDF Improvements
We've improved the way PDFs are generated and presented in Digital Forms. Here's a summary of the notable updates:
- The PDF header now displays your logo or business name, along with important patient details.
- Page numbers in the footer ensure usability for both digital and print formats.
- Optimized spacing and text sizes enhance readability.
- Bold text distinguishes patient responses from questions.
- Highlighted YES answers (in fluorescent yellow) aid quick scanning and identification of crucial information.
- A 4-column layout for checklists ensures a streamlined design.
- Optimized page margins display more content per page without sacrificing readability.
We've made these improvements based on valuable feedback from amazing users like you. If you don't see these updates, please let us know. They will be generally available later this month.
Also, please take a moment to rate this update and continue to help us make this product better.
Thank you so much for your trust and patience!
Best,
KJ

When a patient puts YES to any medical question if should appear in RED to alert the provider looking it over so it doesn't get missed.

Our office is having difficulties quickly finding information with this new change while the feature is worked on. Can we revert back to having PT responses being a different font color?

This feature seemed to be live, and highlighted in purple as of last week and now it is back to the same color as the rest of the forms...it was better as purple.

If a patient submits a health form and marks 'YES' that they have asthma(or any other kind of condition), I would like this information to stand out in a different color so that it doesn't blend in with the huge rows of 'NO' on each other item. Especially for senior staff members with weaker vision. Currently, when a form is received in Eaglesoft, the NO's and YES' are both purple and so some health concerns are being missed by the staff.

When verifying a patient for the forms instead of asking for their name birthday phone and then asking their marital status and sex, can't we just input their chart number? It takes like 5 mins to verify it the other way.

On our COVID screening form, please show/print the entire form in black font. Only when a patient answers "YES" to any of the 9 questions, please make the word 'YES" in red only so it really stands out on quick glance when reviewing the form. That way we know to follow up with the patient before the come in on that particular "yes". Thank you.

reading the comments from others I agree. We need the YES answers to be in a different color and one that stands out. It blends in and things get missed. Our office has been using mCosent, as suggested by Weave for a few years, this was a very helpful change they made and one that would benefit the end uses of Weave Forms.

On the medical history form, when the patient clicks "yes" on something can the line turn red like it did in Mconsent? This flags the doctor when they are reviewing the form.

Digital Forms Patient Selected/Changes - It would be nice, after the patient has completed a form and the employee is checking the form, that if anything was selected or changed by the patient it shows up in red. A bold color will draw the eye and changes can be detected faster.

We have been using mConsent since January- switching to Weave. Once the patient selected YES to any answer on the form it would highlight that in red.
Can Weave make yes answers RED? Not necessarily the "reason" for the yes, just the response. -

FORMS:
1. If the question is not a requirement, when it's submitted leave on the form and not blank.
2. For any answer under medical history marked "yes" make it to where it turns red and stands out.
3. Make it to where we have the ability to delete forms.
4. Have the ability once accepted to import straight into the document center on dentrix and auto fill in the patients chart.
